Staff hotel nya muda-muda n baik tetapi lokasi nya ke station cukup jauh bila ada mau beli tiket kereta pagi-pagi harus jln kaki tidak ada solusi dari pihak hotel dan private Onsen nya berbayar 4000 yen per 50 menit terlalu mahal kamar kecil dan gelap tidak ada kaca rias.

good location nearby Lake Kawaguchi, easy to reach from the station (you can either walk around 15 minutes or rent bicycles), we tried the private onsen, overall above expectation

Not able to see Fuji Mountain since the weather not good, and the bath tub, smaller than it looks at photo.
