L’hôtel et les chambres sentaient la cigarette, vieux tapis, impossible d’y rester, nous avons changé d’hôtel 20 minutes après y être arrivé.

Réservation avec piscine accessible. Finalement la piscine était fermée. La porte patio était désuète n'avait pas de verrou. Il y avait une barre horizontale qui ne verrouillait pas la porte complètement. Les serviettes et les draps étaient propres. Heureusement ! Finalement les grosses rénovations annoncées n'était pas impressionnants.

Belle hotel, mais j’étais déçue que la piscine n’était pas accessible ni le spa…

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had to check in early, and they were very accommodating.

This is our second visit at this hotel. We weren’t here long enough to use the amenities last fall, so we specifically booked this hotel again for our two young children to enjoy the pool. We booked through Expedia, which listed the seasonal pool open from June to September. Today is June 12 and the pool is bone dry. We were told it doesn’t open until the end of June, and while Expedia offered some minor compensation, the hotel refused to offer any sort of refund or hotel credit despite the misleading information online. None of the staff were particularly helpful nor compassionate towards our situation. Didn’t find the front-desk staff particularly helpful overall; as an aside, I overheard another guest ask for recommendations for restaurants in the area, and the front desk attendant pointed to the restaurant across the lobby and said there’s one here. That’s it, that’s all. While the room was clean and comfortable enough, the bathtub did not hold water which made bathing two young children extremely difficult. Pillows awful. The playground area is nice for older children. The ‘games room’ is laughable and should not be advertised with cartoon zoo animals that would draw children’s attention as there was nothing suitable in it for children under 12. We hope to make the Granby Zoo an annual family trip, and luckily because of our poor experience at this hotel, we found some great places to explore around Granby, but we will not be returning to this hotel again.

Absolument pas comme sur les photos. En pleine canicule et la piscine pas ouverte le 9-10 juin. Je n’y retournerai pas.

Absolutely love this hotel. We always get the same room/suite so spacious with the balcony and rain shower and therapeutic bath. Great value for the price. Room was very clean. A lot of black debri came out of the hot tub when it self-cleaned after my bath which was a bit weird and gross but i suppose it can happen. Parking is spacious and esy access to hotel. Check in and check out was quick and easy. Super close to restaurants and stores and the zoo! Will go back! Annie
