Very nice area and food was the best

Me avisaron un par de horas antes de llegar que mi habitación no estaba lista debido a mantenimiento. Me mandaron a otro hotel de su propiedad que era por mucho otra categoría más baja para la primer noche. Tuve que hacer check in y luego mover a toda la familia y equipaje. Ya en el hotel, tuvimos que hacer check in nuevamente. Nos ofrecieron el desayuno sin costo para compensar, pero de ninguna manera compenso todas las molestias que tuvimos.

The Restaurant at the Hotel is exzellent. Very fresh food and very good service. The rooms are spectacular.

The area was very/extremely safe. There were may restaurants I was able to enjoy.

Had two different communication issues with the kitchen, one of them was solved. In one case I was not told the price of breakfast buffet and its not anywhere there. (78000.00 cop) way over priced, very limited options. The other one, I was told in person by a kitchen staff that room service was 5000.00 cop, but I was charged 10000.00 cop. It's not about the money, its about the principles. The hotel is beautiful, the food was delicious. We had ceviche, octopus and white pasta. The best food in our trip to Colombia.

The only issue we had was about the breakfast that showed on your site that was included but they wanted to charge us for it but it was solved at the end!

The facilities are modern

This hotel is in such a great location in Parque de la 93. It was walking distance from great food, shops, and markets. The staff at this hotel is excellent as well. They were very helpful in helping us get around Bogota and arranging transportation to and from the airport. They were super kind and patient with our broken Spanish and even spoke great English to help us out. We felt so safe and comfortable there for our first trip to Bogota. I definitely recommend!

Un hospedaje muy confortable, muy bien ubicado, con instalaciones modernas y agradables. El bar muy bueno, pero con horario muy restringido. Desayuno de buena variedad y calidad.
