The location is great and has a great view. The room is spacious and very comfortable. I like it!!!

This accommodation was perfect for a short trip in Quezon City. It had everything I needed and more. Internet was fast, and it's a stone throw away from restaurants and convenience stores. Right out front is a bus hub to different areas. It's a short walk to the MRT. Great price for a student on a budget.

I was booked on Deluxe Room but it was in the fourth floor with no elevator and no water. I had to transfer to an ordinary room in the first floor so I could have water and there was no refund.

The AC was too noisy and not cool. It's like the sound of generator inside your room.

I stayed in a standard room for a night. Mosquito in the room, air condition is to weak and no toiletries provided.

Great budget hotel and near GMA. Accessible to all establishment you need. Still, your room service attendant need to clean the walls and tips even though it's a good budget hotel. Keen cleanliness must be a priority.

Air con not functioning well.

No towels, blankets, tissue and grooming kit. The bed was also poorly maintained as evident by the presence of bed bugs. An unpleasant stay all in all

Theres no hot water, A/C is not working properly, the room is dirty, the sink faucet is not working,

Second time in this hotel and it is great value for money. Near Kamuning MRT so it's easy to get around the metro.

No toiletries. There is a agiw from spider.

It was bad. I've slept in motels too, but this one was just bad. But I guess that's what you get for 700 Php. The staff were nice enough. However, the first thing I asked for when I got there was water, and they didn't have any! Not even water that I could buy. Furthermore, when I got to the first room they assigned me, the restroom smelled bad. I called the front desk and he told me that that room had just been cleaned. He did transfer me to another room that was much better. I only booked here to rest, so there's that. Probably won't do so again any time soon. Definitely not a 2 &1/2 star hotel.

Please give more pillows, blankets and towels

Average motel. Place was easy to find. Aircon was malfunctioning; we want it at lower temperature but it kept going back to 26 degrees. Hallway was wet; no signage of wet floor anywhere.

Too noisy, locks are damage, no room service, the room is not clean.
