Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. The room itself was well equipped and comfortable.

There was confusions the time I checked out. The room payment which I paid in advanced was still included on my additional bills for foods & beverages. And they used to have clients stayed out in the driveway as they checked the bills. I asked them that we will settled everything inside the reception room not at the driveway. Fyi, it was settled then but it caused ne delays. As I observed, the hotel sogo is not a hotel due to all rooms hafe driveways & garage like an ordinary motels in sta mesa, it was a shamed.

The hotel is clean and the staff are accommodating. Food is good. Good service.

At first no communication abt the booking then eventually they knew about it, no trashcan, need to ask for the trashcan and requested for a bed sheet but need to follow up the request the next day still but employees are very kind esp the person in receiving area where the vehicle enter

Good service but the front desk not aware of my booking it took time for me to check in

Hotel receptionists doesn't smile. We felt dismay to their behavior. I ordered a meal and beverage at night but surprisingly it was delivered late for more than 15minutes. I thought it's gonna be free. The deluxe room was quite small and has a bad smell.

It's good to stay there and very relaxing

I just don't like the porn channel added in the TV channel and the staff is not really attentive. And the room that I booked is different from the room that I get when I arrive at the hotel.
