The hotel itself is fine. The staff are all very friendly and nice. Only had breakfast but it was very good value for €12.
A couple of issues - there is no lift to the 3 bed apartments on the 6th floor, only to the 5th then you have to climb some steps, so be aware if you have mobility issues. And no one offered to help with luggage.
The room cleaning isn’t the greatest, they are nice but miss stuff and don’t refill shower gel ets. And the en suite shower leaked a lot.
If the hotel was somewhere else I’d probably go back but I’ll never be back to Los Gigantes, go there to see the cliffs, but that’s it, it is a terrible town, absolutely no redeeming qualities.
