空港からのﾊﾞｽは目の前で停車…ﾊﾞｽ降りたらすぐﾁｪｯｸｲﾝできました ﾌﾛﾝﾄｽﾀｯﾌは誰も皆とてもﾌﾚﾝﾄﾞﾘｰかつ親切かつ丁寧で大変気持ちの良い滞在でした 朝食は期待以上…ありがたかったです

La grande chambre 506 est extra. Le petit dej est juste mais bien. Hotel bien situé. Pas très loin a pieds du centre et du market. Pierre de Lyon Aout25

The hotel was clean, safe, staff were helpful, breakfast was good, close to shopping and facilities. There was an incident with an unruly guest and it was delt with quickly and professionally. Would stay here again.

Great location!

Wir waren für zwei Nächte im Iraklion Hotel und war insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist wirklich top, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Cafés sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Perfekt, um die Stadt zu erkunden! Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Rezeption ist rund um die Uhr besetzt, das war sehr angenehm. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Die Einrichtung ist zwar nicht die neueste, aber absolut funktional und gepflegt. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Heraklion ist das Hotel auf jeden Fall eine sehr gute Wahl.

In Ordnung aber nichts Besonderes.

Foi ótima, me agradei demais com a receptividade do Hotel. Chegamos algumas horas antes do check-in e nossos quartos forma antecipados pra entrada.

The hotel is on the edge of a couple of interesting areas, a square by a cathedral and a large area of pedestrian friendly streets with dozens of restaurants and cafes. There is also a mini Mart within sight to the left of the entrance and to the right is a supermarket a couple or so blocks away.

C'est bruyant

Chambre confortable, très bonne literie, salle de bain spacieuse (c'est assez rare), moderne.

Ein gutes 3 Sterne Hotel mitten in der Stadt. Mit dem Taxi ca 15 Minuten vom Flughafen, mit dem Bus ca 25 Minuten. Bushaltestelle ist gegenüber vom Hotel. Supermarkt ca 10 Meter entfernt, Kiosk und Lokale um die Ecke und man ist in 3 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer gebucht und hatte sogar Meerblick, das Frühstück war einfach aber ok, das einzige Manko war das sehr kleine Badezimmer. Auf dem Zimmer gab es einen Wasserkocher und einen Kühlschrank. Beim nächsten Mal in Heraklion würde ich das Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Hotelpersonal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Bizim aile odasında 2 tek kişilik 1 çift kişilik yatak vardı. Tek kişilik yatak çok iyidi, çift kişlik yatak ortasında çok yumuşaktı, konforlu değildi. Şehir merkezinde olduğu için yol gürültüsu beşinci katta kadar geliyor. Kahvaltı güzel.

Over night stay before flight next day , good location for town centre,and easy connection to airport bus stop outside hotel.All staff helpful specifically the man on reception during evening made it feel like home would definitely return in future.
