我升級到了行政套房（特大床房）。房間乾淨整潔。酒店位於購物中心樓上。小廚房配備齊全，包括爐灶、微波爐、冰箱、餐具、炊具、碗碟和洗衣機。最重要的是，衛生間配備了智慧馬桶蓋。

地理位置優越，空間寬敞。

來廣州旅遊，這家旅館絕對是首選。地理位置超優越，靠近商場和捷運站。下次來廣州我一定還會選擇這家飯店。

This has been the Hotel I stayed for my visits to Guangzhou. The location is considered good in the sense that it is linked to a shopping mall with walking distance to some famous big Malls in Tianhe area. And there is also an entrance to the underground Subway right in front. There are countless restaurants serving cheap and good food around the hotels. The room is nice and comfortable. So far the most comfortable bed and pillow I have even experience for a hotel. And the room (2 bedrooms Suites) is cozy, clean and well equipped with everything that you can ever need. Hotel staff is friendly too. The only thing is that the Hotel main entrance is facing a back street which not many Taxi driver know.

The suites made our business trip a lot easier and more comfortable with the good facilities, clean, and extra huge room. Even the location was perfect for a night stroll after work. Love!

It is a good service apartment. Many restaurants around the hotel, and near a mall too. But cannot do many things inside.

Great place to stay. Warm and helpful staff. Great location. It's a home I like to come back to every time I visit Guangzhou!

This is my 3rd time staying in Fraser, it has always felt like coming home every time staying here. My taxi stopped across the road, and the concierge hurried to help unload my luggage from the trunk. He didn't even let me spare any effort to drag my luggage across the street. Then he asked if I was checking in (I could be a passerby looking for a metro station). The fact that he helped me first before knowing if I were a guest or not was truly heart warming. The front desk staff (Edward, Shelton, Amelia, Archer) were all warm & efficient. Knowing the weather was so hot, Edward offered me the cool infused water, it's so refreshing! 3x stayed here, the infused water always tasted so good it had become the highlight of my check in here. My check in was fast with no fuss. The staff are on 24-hour shifts, I felt like having close family who I can always rely on for help anytime, just like when I needed to wrap some breakables. The staff helped to repack them in extra paper & bubblewrap in no time! I was so thankful for the complimentary breakfast & love the fruit section! Unlike other fruit platters that are served on top of ice blocks, these are served in an enclosed chilled glass case. Seems a small matter but it makes all the difference. The fruits are all evenly chilled & hygienic. My heartfelt thanks to Johnson whom I met the 1st time I stayed here. Johnson had since made my, my family's, my colleague's stay here comfortable & pleasant. Fraser is truly my home away from home. Fraser staff are my family I didn't know I have here in Guangzhou.

The staff, especially at the reception desk, all are very friendly and very helpful. The staff can communicate in English very well. The hotel was very clean, the hotel provided everything we needed and made our stay memorable. Two thumbs up for all the Fraser Suites staff.

I have nothing but praises for Fraser Suites GZ. Absolutely pleased and beyond satisfied with the room condition and service provided (from the doorman to the receptionist to the housekeeping). We used the in-room washing machine/dryer, and it is just so so convenient to be able to do your laundry at your own time and comfort. The air conditioning was perfectly strong and cool as well if you are picky about hotel aircons. Shower pressure was strong too. On to the location next which is yet another fantastic point to rave about. Shipaiqiao metro is just say 50m away? I love how the hotel is connected to a mall too (One city link if I remember correctly). There are also other must-patronise malls in walking distance say Grand View Mall, Teemall, Festival Underground Walk. This accommodation was booked for two elderly and two adults, and even my elderly parents were impressed with their stay. 10/10 would recommend Fraser Suites GZ! (It appears as 9.4 in the preview rating but that's cause no ratings were given for the meals part (cause I haven't had any) just for clarity).

Clean hotel, great location, best service, everyone was very prompt and welcome. 👌👍 Will stay there again when I go to Guangzhou.

I arrived earlier than check-in time, reception staff were really warm & could speak English. A staff named Johnson actually tried to let us check in early, unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked, for some reason the room we reserved was all occupied. Johnson asked for our contact and updated us while we were waiting & finally arranged an upgrade. Johnson had been helpful throughout our stay there.

Excellent location, surrounded by many restaurants, big supermarket. Of course centre of shopping malls. Near mrt station. Will book again for sure.

The hotel room was nice, but too bad they only serve one person breakfast per room
