Very good experience , staff very helpful and very nice .spacious room, near city Centre in old town , a bit far away from krakow glowny train station. Have microwave oven , very convenient.

Feeling happy with their laundry service in particular. Very considerate. The staff responded promptly to request & rendered helpful assistance.

Amazing location, rooms were clean and tidy. Mini kitchen with a fridge which was put to great use. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Our room overlooked the square. It was delightful! Music every night but it end 10-12 depending on week night/weekend. The windows are designed in a way the noise did not bother us at all. Ver convenient location. Nice view. We’d stay here again and would love the same room!

First time I stayed at a hotel without having anything “negative” to say. Nice room, nice location, restaurant in the building, the hotel staff was so sweet and helpful! Nice bed with more than one pillow each! Everything was just very nice.
