Awesome staff and clean modern rooms

Great place to stay

Top notch and stay here a bit but please install a couple more EV chargers or at least a couple of 15amp sockets so we can charge overnight and avoid the battery killing DC charging stations :)

Everything about it was exceptional. We also like the courtyard with several different restaurant offerings. Nice place to stay!

Very nice hotel, really comfortable room the Queen suite, great style and would stay again, just not in same room as I wanted a view of the sea and didn't like the bedroom tucked away at back without a window, but suite has everything you need, including full kitchen, very well good, just remember to book parking (it costs extra)

Luxurious and thoughtful linen. Very pleasant hosts. Great bathroom with a lovely spa bath. Excellent hotel perks booklet with vouchers for local eateries and activities. I will stay here every time I’m in New Plymouth.

This is a gorgeous boutique hotel with lovely decorated spacious rooms with kitchenettes. There are great cafes and bars right next door and across the street. It’s become my go to hotel in New Plymouth.

The staff at the King and Queen are always so helpful, I always arrive late which is never a hassle and often leave early. They never fail with the gold membership perks unlike other hotels

There should be a 6 star rating available for places like this or 5 Star Elite. They are beyond everyone else. Right from the greeting when I arrive; “Hello Jacob, welcome back” to the personalised note in the room and so on. Brilliant, just brilliant
