It's a great place for road trips and a joyful experience with campus life. Why I am say with that it's caused here is for student life residence can experience the different life and touch how the student living right here.

Clean, nice room.

Sleeps 4. Each room has two double beds. The listing is deceiving. The listing said the room sleeps 6 but gave no details. There are 5 of us. We assumed to sleep 6 there would be 3 beds. We arrived to find 2 double beds. No couches, no where else to sleep. When we asked where the 5th person sleeps they suggested they could give us a few extra blankets. To sleep on the industrial tile floor? We asked if there was a second room we could rent and they said they were fully booked. So at 10pm after travelling for 7 hours, we took our kids and began calling around trying to find somewhere else to stay. We had prepaid (3 nights) on Expedia and reception said they couldn’t cancel our reservation or refund us because the manager was the only one who could and he didn’t work weekends. On Expedia it said we couldn’t cancel because it was past the check in time so we had to deal with the facility. Not a great experience. Not sure who is responsible for the listing information, the facility or Expedia, but 3 people can’t sleep in a double bed….

I and my family enjoyed our stay, nice family-friendly and budget friendly.

No Kitchen but was clean and well equiped. Parking is a challange if you have to park down the hill.

We enjoy our stay, a good affordable place to stay for a few days. The staff was very kind and helpful.

The place was clean, very nice size, great for week long stays. Only complain is that the microwave did not come with the turn plate. The host did get one for us, but it doesn't fit well, the turn plate doesn't stay in place, but we managed.

they gave my room to someone else so had to figure out where to put us when we arrived. the room was clean and there were basic toiletries so is was nice. there were weird people walking around the campus so we didn't feel safe. Kitchen was dirty but it's on the people who cooked there and didn't clean up after themselves. And in the morning we met a mouse by the water cooler. this meeting was not a very pleasant one so we were glad that we spent only one night there.

Hotel is actually a dormitory. Room was still being cleaned when I checked in and I was asked to wait near the entrance area. Two bedrooms with a shared kitchenette and shared washroom. No TV. Only microwave, a faucet/sink and a fridge/freezer. One bedroom had a couple flies buzzing around. Windows were open which I found surprising since it was 35 degrees Celsius outside. Why would windows be left open if air conditioning was working? I did not notice any airflow out of the vents the entire time I was there? When outside, I noticed many windows were open. My room was quite warm and when I mentioned it to the front desk,they said there was nothing they could do as the entire building was controlled by a single control. I asked if they had a fan and they said they didn't have any. Parking lot close to the entrance only had a few parking spots which were full the entire time I was there. I parked down the hill at the large parking lot. A pain to carry your stuff up the hill. I only saw a couple vending machines and did not see a water dispenser or ice machine. Bed was comfortable and it was quiet while I was there. For the price I paid, it was reasonable, but I would stay elsewhere if the price is not much different. My price was about half of the next closest motel or hotel.

The room was good, we had 2 bedrooms with double beds, a private bathroom and a full size fridge with freezer, a kitchen sink and a microwave. Stoves were in a large kitchen with sinks but no pots, pans, dishes etc... needed to cook so you need to bring your own or buy from valve village or Walmart. Also didn't have enough bath towels for the 4 of us so we had to buy some. Another thing is all the signs there were in French since it is a French residential college dorm rooms. Otherwise it's was great for the money and cheaper then the hotels.

What an amazing deal! I wish we had stayed longer. We only stayed to catch a few hours sleep during our 19 hour drive but I was so impressed by our accommodations especially considering the price. Plus it made me feel like I was back in college and that never hurts! 🙂

All good for for everything. two big double bed room. With full kitchen. Clean and big. But when we have dinner inside my room .The cashier open our room door with key. Without notice. Never happened in my life. So scary.

You get what you pay for. This room just want for my family.

The place was hard to find. Parking wasn’t the greatest. Staff was friendly. It was a bit noisy because of the students banging on each others doors and speaking very loudly.

Microwave and kitchen cabinets were not so clean but the rest was perfect.

The room was definitely very basic, with cinder block walls, fluorescent lights and no night tables. The beds were ok. No elevator was available so you’ll likely need to carry your bags up and down a flight of stairs. Still, if you want to pay about half the price of a regular hotel room, it’s a reasonable bargain.
