Good value for a four-star hotel. The members of staff were friendly and helpful. Originally paid for breakfast but could not make it due to sudden arrangements. The hotel was kind enough to offered alternative choices, so we could have some food to eat in very early morning.

The hotel is well located, just opposite to large shopping center and train station. However, the design of the room is not quite good indeed. There is a large curtain to separate the beds and bathroom. Every time your friend use the bathroom, u could just stuck on your bed

It is a very good hotel although the room is small. The breakfast is delicious and not too expensive. The hotel is next to train station and a big shopping center, very convenience.

It is close to the train station of Krakow (just cross the street), as well as the old town area (within walking distance). The location is very convenient to tourists. It is a modern, lovely small hotel that I have ever seen. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I will definitely choose Puro Hotel to stay if I visit Krakow next time.

My rating is focused on the hotel's location. The property is ideally situated directly across from a large shopping mall. The charming Old Town is accessible via a leisurely 10-minute walk. During my four-night stay, I consistently observed many people on the streets, including on a Monday evening. The castle is within walking distance, and the picturesque route features numerous churches. The surrounding area boasts a diverse range of exceptional dining establishments, bars, clubs, museums, and other entertainment options. Although the hotel experienced technical issues with the gym, they graciously offered to schedule an appointment for me if needed. Instead, I elected to practice yoga in my room. Traveling to the airport is a significant benefit, with transportation costing approximately $7. To access the airport, simply enter the nearest mall entrance across the street from the hotel, take the escalator down, and follow the signs; the walk is very short. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, comfort, and convenience

context : 4-days/3-nights business trip, office outside of Krakow, going there by train therefore interest to be close to Główny/station (which is right in front of the PURO) location : great, station just in front (airport in 20 minutes) + tram to go everywhere in the city. Main place/basilicum is only 10-15' walk room comfort : nice but bed a bit too soft for me everything (aircon, lights) controlled via a tablet : hightech but not really convenient + this tablet is screwed in the middle of the desk so not ideal as you cannot put your laptop otherwise super clean and super quiet (I had a room on the back to avoid road traffic or tram noise) super nice staff at the reception desk or bar did not try breakfast or restaurant

El trato del personal, desayuno muy rico y variado, hay café y chocolate caliente todo el dia y tiene una excelente ubicación en frente de la estacion de trenes y a 10 minutos caminando del casco histórico.

Right across the street from the train station, so very convenient if travelling by train. We arrived to Krakow very late and were very happy to just walk across the street and get checked in to our room quickly. Room was not large, but very comfortable. We would definitely stay again if we return to Krakow.

Ein wunderbares Hotel in der Nähe vom Bahnhof. In 15 Minuten zu Fuß am Marktplatz. Besser geht es nicht.

The breakfast was good and had a good number of options. Staff was friendly. Location next to Centralna and a 10 minute walk from Stare Miastro was excellent.
