Check in was great. Room, breakfast, pool area, location was all great too. The cleaning lady basically knocked and came in too fast. Since I was just coming out of the shower, it left me barely enough time to grab a towel and shut the bathroom door before she came in. We were not addressed at checkout, even though there were 2 women talking behind the desk. They didn’t even look at us. So we just dropped the scan cards into the return box(I guess that’s the standard way of checking out there). Those two hiccups did not affect our stay. We really enjoyed it. Keep up the good work!

Clean room and good variety for breakfast. Parking was plenty. Only downside was the water slide was a bit too scary for the younger ones.

Every staff member we encountered was exceptional. The people that checked us in & out, the lady running breakfast, the maintenance/pool man and the housekeeping lady were all friendly & helpful, and all deserve praise for the excellent hospitality.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable, making the entire experience enjoyable from check-in to check-out. The complimentary breakfast was top-notch, with a great selection and excellent quality. The pool was the highlight of our stay—my kids absolutely loved it and had an amazing time. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.
