They didn’t clean my room once in four days, I guess you need to request it.

Morning staff wasn’t very hospitable, didn’t seem like she was happy with her job, I greated her with a good morning, and was ignored she walked away, like she never heard, asked about the waffle mix and she answered with “do you know what it is” in a snarky voice. Day time staff very well trained, i didn’t that my wife couldn’t get a room until a was there when my photo id credit card info and a photo of me and all that info wasent enough for her to get a room while I was driving from winnipeg, something temporary could of been done fpr her to rest and shower as she is pregnant, policy’s need to be revised, one bad experience for your company shouldn’t make good people suffer. Room was extremely hot. No thermostat to turn down. End tables were stained and not wiped. Beds were awful

I might have missed their hotel policies but I made a payment already and unfortunately its not my fault that my I forgot my keys and their hotel was the nearest by my place so i needed somewhere to rest but they did not allow me still but few weeks prior they were able to check me in

The room was very cold ,the heater were centralized so we cant able to adjust the temp . The beddings are need to be replaced its very worn out. We have an early flight unfortunately we did not sleep enough coz we hear the footsteps upstairs .

Sound proofing between room was poor, only shampoo no conditioner, very limited breakfast (limited protein options) and the room was not cleaned well. Toilet seat had dirt on it.

The lodge doesn’t look quite like it does in the photos — in person it’s more weathered, darker, and definitely shows its age. Don’t expect the usual in-room amenities like an iron or a hairdryer. On the positive side, the beds were surprisingly comfortable and the sheets were smooth and clean. If you book a ground-level room, be prepared for the roaring sound of diesel vehicles warming up and being plugged in right outside your window — especially early in the morning. The breakfast area is very small, with seating for about eight people, but guests were considerate and rotated so everyone could sit and eat. The breakfast selection is minimal, but you won’t leave hungry: bagels, toast, cream cheese, a waffle station, coffee, juice, and a small sweet option. One important note: make sure you inform them if you’re arriving late. I arrived at 2 a.m. from the airport and was told that if I didn’t show up before midnight, my room would be given away as a “no-show,” despite calling ahead. The only thing that saved my booking was that I had paid in full online. Overall, the lodge looks better in pictures than in reality. I really wish the photos reflected the true condition of the property or that it was updated to match the images.

Room was not ready when i arrived(after check in time). No heater in the room. Very thin blankets. Pee dripping down the bowl of the toilet. Somone elses shampoo residue in the shower.sticky handprints on headboard. Dirty walls. Smelled bad. Very drafty by the outside wall where th a/c is installed.
