Clean and cosy hotel, friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast. Just one minor issue about the air-conditioning which switched off automatically when the balcony window was opened temporarily.

房间很小，酒店距离火车站有点远，步行十五分钟左右，不是太好找。不过很喜欢酒店的小院子。

选择的风景房，去了分了一间什么也不是的房间，感觉受骗的感觉花了150欧，不过房间干净整齐，服务态度也很好，免费早餐也很丰富

非常好的酒店。地址我们非常喜欢，虽然没有直接在沙滩旁边，但是离得也不远。晚上很安静，房内设施很好很干净，餐厅的早点还不错，工作人员也很有耐心的帮助我们查找各种路线。安静舒适的环境让我们在下次出发前好好的休息休息，放松放松。

酒店离Monterosso火车站大概1公里左右的位置，穿过隧道走一段就到了，位于镇上的另一端；小镇靠海边，夏季沙滩游泳的人非常多，夜晚海风很凉爽，房间很简朴，没有空调，估计镇上住宿条件大抵都是如此；前台服务人员态度很好，早餐很赞，院落布置很温馨。

所處地段與佈置甚為別緻舒適,早餐美味,服務亦好!

酒店是新装修的，条件不错，价格不低，所有的东西都不错。

Hotel Souvenir was in a great location, staff were super helpful and friendly, breakfast was commercially sound with plenty of choice. The rooms were clean, well maintained, albeit on the small side. Overall, a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend

Perfect place to stay away from the crowds. Exceptionally clean room and common area, and not possible for the staff to be more friendly and helpful. Like most of Europe, no elevator.

Fint og rent hotel. Flotte rom med bra aircondition. Veldig bra plassering midt i Monterosso sentrum. Masse restauranter like ved. God frokost og kjempehyggelig personale.

Room was clean. Location was great in Cinque de Terre. Breakfast was excellent. There was a lovely sitting area outside to relax as well.

We had a lovely stay and were very happy with the hotel. All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. We were given lots of useful information during check in, which we later made use of. Rooms were very clean and the breakfasts were excellent, with a good variety of food and drinks. An enjoyable stay in a lovely place.

The rooms were beautiful and well appointed. I had one with a beautiful terrace with a retractable cover that gave me a view of the town, the bell tower and the ocean. The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet was abundant, fresh and delicious, including a hot omelette offering. Marco and Patrizia made our stay incredible! We loved the walking proximity to restaurants, shops, the train and the ocean.

This place is a gem, tucked up above the busy streets and surrounded by lemon trees and flowers, gorgeous! The staff was excellent and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
