Stayed at room 301. This room needs renovation and cleaning. Comfort room has stains. There's water leak from the CR ceiling. Carpet seems to be overdue for cleaning. No soap and toothbrush. Despite these, we're still satisfied with the stay buy probably will not consider coming back.

Overall stay was good. However, the hotel is old and quite run down and needs refurbishment. The location was good.

Bathroom drainage smells bad. Toilet seat broken.

Its being used as quarantine hotel. Nice location but old facilities. The staffs are helpful and nice though.

Very old hotel. the lobby is messy with unfriendly staff. the room is spacious but the AC is so old you cannot operate it. The bathroom has stain marks all over the place. will never book again either this hotel.

Kudos to the staff of the hotel they are very accommodating and very polite.

The room great but the hotel lobby is small

The rooms are extremely old. Some parts of the walls and roof are falling off. Rooms on some floors have windows that are facing building walls. Furniture are old as well. The rooms smells bad. Staff are brushing each others hair behind the front desk, chatting as if it’s a cafeteria. Will not come back here ever again.

The rooms are okay, its big and spacious, just a bit old I guess. The ambiance is not that great. You can here the traffic outside. For the room facilities, well it has a phone, AC, a cable TV and fridge. Provided with clean towels and toiletries. No complimentary drinking water though. They also have food but didn't try it. I've tried other hotels and overall I think its a bit pricey here. Not so thrilled about going back.

I like the proximity of the hotel in the mall. It is clean and the room is big. There are some parts of the room that needs renovations but only just for a little. The room is near the busy streets of makati so I did not expect a quiet room beforehand. A great one night experience.

The overall stay was quite satisfactory since it is located near the shopping malls. The only thing that made my night worse was the air-con. It is not blasting cold air even though the set temperature was in the minimum. Hope it will be fixed.

Easy check in and check out. This is my second time to stay here. The lighting in the rooms are not the same. The room I got this time had lights that were a bit dim compared to the first one. The room was a bit dark

Your average hotel in the heart of Makati.

The location is great. the room where we stayed at is quite spacious and its price is reasonable. The overall stay was worth the money. The downsides, however, are its cleanliness and security. The cabinet was a little bit dusty and there was no guard on duty in the lobby. I hope these negatives should be addressed more particularly its security. They need to assure the customers that the hotel is safe. If they will hire guards, then I think the stay will be great.

Room was clean and well maintained. They charged extra for a little stain on the sheets.

1. Connecting doors were open without us noticing until much later and there was a janitor inside when I checked while my companion was dressing up. He didn't respond to my shout outs asking if anybody was there. 2. Shower area is built in such a way that it collects water on the upper edges of the bathtub and later on drains towards the floor making the whole bathroom floor wet. This is my second stay here. Same thing happened in the previous stay. 3. Overall, the room looks clean. The beds are hard.

Old hotel but it's clean enough. Toilet got clogged. Repairman came into bathroom and didn't remove his shoes. Stepped on all the floor towels. I availed of the buffet breakfast but only after realising the room didn't come with breakfast. They kindly waived it. Overall, it was a good stay. Staff isn't well trained and chat a lot at the front desk.

Great value for money considering the location of the hotel. Rooms are clean too. Despite being near a slightly busy road, I had no problems sleeping. Would recommend the hotel for those with short business meetings near the area or even for those who'd want a staycation near malls.
