厨房很脏设备陈旧水池堵了，房间不干净，后悔选了这家酒店，再不会住了

I’ve never, in my many years of road trips left a 1 star review. Sure, it backs onto a pretty lake, but people should review more on the sleeping accommodation. Emailed and apologized to say I was arriving at 12am. Arrived at 12:05am and spent 15mins calling and knocking trying to get a response at reception as it was all locked up. Finally someone came down. Reception area had empty drink can and food box on a table. Lots of hand written signs about everything, and felt like I’d walked into someone’s front room. The incidental hold was $300. I don’t think I’ve ever had that high of a hold, even at an upscale hotel. Reception area picture on Hotels.com is definitely not the picture of what you walk into. Got to the junior suite room and there were flying bugs over the walls, ceiling, and on the beds. If it wasn’t so late, I would have got in the car and driven 30miles to the next town. The bugs would fall down and land on you in the night. I am not exaggerating! I was traveling with my family and felt bad to have had them stay there. The people might have been nice, but I’m paying to sleep in a room, and this motel left me feeling uncomfortable.

The place was cute. The staff was nice however unfortunately, a transformer blew in the area and electricity was out so we had to go to another location.

Staff très accommodant, chambre ne respecte pas description, on a réserver une chambre 2 lits deluxe ….. oufff absolument rien de deluxe , sans balcon , sans vue et avec un seul lit double. Directement sur la rue passante avec un train qui passe en criant à chaque heure. Grandement besoin de rénovation dans les chambres, la propriété et le quai semblaient être récemment rénové mais pas les chambres ni le lobby qui était un ramassis de « quosins » Table de pique-nique disponible mais BBQ non utilisable. 15 minutes du centre-ville.

Misleading Listing We booked and paid for a Deluxe Room with Water View and Kitchen, based on the photos and description shown on Expedia. Unfortunately, the room we received had neither a water view nor a kitchen and did not resemble the room that was advertised. After a six-hour drive to Kingston, we specifically chose this accommodation so we could prepare our own dinner. Instead, we discovered there was no kitchen and had to drive back into downtown Kingston to find a restaurant still open, ending up eating around 10 p.m. The room was very small, directly facing a busy street and only one wooded door unlocked separating us from the street, and we could hear trains throughout the night. It was also poorly equipped for three guests, with only two bath towels, one bedside table, and one roll of toilet paper. The air conditioning had to be controlled from the lobby, and it took several calls and messages before anyone responded. The most concerning issue is that the photos and description associated with this room category were misleading. The advertised water view appears to be available only from a specific suite, not from the room we received. For nearly $200 per night, this accommodation did not meet basic expectations for comfort, service, or accuracy. Had the listing accurately represented the room provided, we would not have booked this property.

Not a bad place for the night. However if you’re a light sleeper beware of the horn blowing trains periodically during the night.

We booked a King size suite in July 2026. The room was large and clean. The king size bed was the best bed we've ever slept on in any hotel, ever. The place may seem a little dated, but it was clean, comfortable and we would stay there again.

Owners are working to upgrade this property. Renovated bathroom was much appreciated

Very nice little motel. Room was clean and tidy. We stayed 2 nights as a little getaway from reality. The property is a little unkept, but once you get the the dock sitting area l, it's very nice. You over look the canel onto the harbour and are able to see the planes fly in and out of Kingston Airport. If your looking for a nice little place to stay this is it, and there is a Tim Hortons with in walking distance which is nice.

The bed was confortable. The room very clean and the bathroom amazing! The staff so kind and helpful. Really loved the place!
