Location is very good, but the water in shared batheroom come out small, no warm water in room sink, not comfortable facilities in this hotel.

except he long stair going up to the hotel, others are super nice. the hotel owner tells us a lot about Florence. they gives us the pretty room like we are princesses. the room and shared bathroom are clean. i love this hotel. it is quiet and nice. i will come again .it is very near the beautiful bridge and many famous shops are nearby.

reception很有禮貌,而且也提供不少協助,有個缺點就是沒有升降機或扶手電梯,但在意大利好像普遍也沒有升降機或扶手電梯,幸好有位住客及男職員也有幫我們提行李箱上樓梯,這減輕我們不少負擔!有個小問題就是沒有風筒,有點不便,但整體來說相當不錯!

clean and very good location. but i was a bit surprised for some strange rules given by the reception when i arrived, such as not keeping the key in daytime, checking out at 10. Also you can see many notes with rules all over the bathroom, the feeling is not so comfortable.

This is a great hostel. The host couple are very nice and provided a lot of information as we arrived. I want to book this hostel again once coming back to Firenze. 強烈推薦此飯店，位置好且服務也好。

Cozy hotel that’s right by everything you’d want to see and do in Florence. The hosts were very nice and informative of things to do and had an easy check in/out process.

This hotel is 1 star so I didn’t expect so much before I arrived. But for my surprised the location is excellent. The room is spacious, clean and the bed and pillows are very comfy! It is important for me to have a clean, good night sleep and a safe area. The building is cool so even it’s hot outside, my room temperature is good. If you are traveling and on workcation, get another working space. If you are just stay to have a good night sleep, have your own data plan. And don’t mind sharing a shower/toilet then this is perfect for you. I highly recommend this if you are a quiet, budget traveller. Very friendly and helpful owners.

We arrived at the hotel just around 8PM which is just about the time the reception was to close for the day. The host was gracious to stay back and give us the most detailed help that we could hope for as first time visitors to Florence. Gave us information on best spots to visit and eat. The property itself so close to all main attractions in Florence between 5 to 15 minutes walk to most of them. It is also located in the trendiest part of the town. The walk from the Novella station to the hotel was enjoyable with many sights to see along the way. It does come with a shared bathroom with other guests. So you have to be mindful and keep it clean.

Amazing host but there are a couple things that were bad. Broken tiles in the bathroom which felt unsafe to walk barefoot and the WiFi was slow/disconnected. The price is fair and in a good location.

Our stay was wonderful! Our host was so helpful and gave us the best advice about what to do and where to go for our short stay. The room was very large and roomy.
