Beautiful tuscan theme is to die for and consistent througout. The staff welcomed us warmly and were an absolute delight! What a beautiful stay and amazing experience. We'll be back with the whole family soon!

The Castello di Monte is superbly located with amazing views across the city. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable and we would very happily stay here again.

Vi har bott här vid tre tillfällen! Underbart! Fint område. Rummen är helt fantastiska. Servicen är top notch! Man bara trivs! God mat, bra frukost. Sover gott, det är så rofyllt. Vackra omgivningar. En helt otrolig takterass med 360 graders utsikt. Personalen är supertrevlig. Mycket bra taxitransfer till flygplatsen. Hotellet ordnade med en jättebra privat sightseeing i Johannesburg och Pretoria! Mycket hög kvalitet!! Vi kommer sannolikt att återvända!

Ett fantastiskt boende! Andra gången vi bor här och återkommer om en vecka. Perfekt för en mellanlandning när man ska vidare. Lunch och middag var jättebra men frukost var inte av samma standard tyvärr.

He deserves five star review except the air-conditioning unit in room six where we stayed was malfunctioning and very noisy interfering with our sleep. Other than this it was a terrific experience all around the Chef was excellent, and the staff really was very pleasant and helpful

A wonderful property to stay, we were upgraded to the presidential suite which was large with two bathrooms. Very nice old world charm. The food was a bit of a disappointment. Breakfast and service was not up to the standards of the room and cost. Breakfast was included but was limited and was served cold though the plate was very hot? We had dinner one evening it was expensive and the vegetables were cold but the meat was warm and delicious. We were the only guest and the service was slow and they struggled with making an Iris coffee after dinner. It is a fantastic location and Hazelwood is only few miles away filled with great and fun restaurants. It has been a wonderful experience and a welcome change from the chain hotels we will definitely return.

Beautiful setting, sparkling, mega spacious rooms, clean, attention to detail, super friendly staff. Service is a bit slow We really enjoyed out 10 day stay.

Woke up midnite to find someone in your room in Sourh Africa is no joke. Person had a key to enter our room and lock the door again when he left the room as we woke up. It took us a while to get our door keys that fell on the floor in the dark. We phoned all the available numbers - nobody answered. Even the security guard at the gate, could not get hold of the owner / management. The television did not work. Have to move furniture to get hold of plugs to charge our phones. The aircon could not be put off, due to the remote not working and no plug to put it off.

Beautiful accomodations and wonderful service. It felt like a luxury private villa!!

Such a pleasant hotel in Pretoria. Great food, friendly staff, clean good sized rooms. An absolute treat. Will be back

Villa de estilo italiano reconvertida en hotel, con increíbles vistas desde sus varias terrazas. Las habitaciones son grandes y muy bien decoradas, el servicio, perfecto, y la zona de piscina muy recomendable. El restaurante ofrece platos locales que merece la pena probar, con una atención muy personal del chef. Perfecta relación calidad-precio.
