Das Personal ist freundlich. Die Lage ist toll, allerdings zur Straße sehr laut (viel Verkehr - Kopfsteinpflaster und Straßenbahn). Das Zimmer hätte etwas sauberer sein können. Auf dem Innenhof/Parkplatz ist es recht dreckig z.B. Sperrmüll, loses Kopfsteinpflaster. Das Frühstück war gut, allerdings gibt es nur ein Minibuffet.

Aamiainen oli todella hyvä, sai itse räätälöidä oman aamiaisen.

Beautiful hotel with a lot of charm in Old Town. 15 minute walk to everything that Old Town has to offer. Easy walk to the Jewish Quarter. Tram is right outside the door, which is convenient but be careful exiting front and not walk right into the street. Breakfast available, but we did not partake. Cafe's located right next door & McDonalds. Wonderful stay

Stanza rumorosa e male insonorizzata, quindi finché fuori fanno baldoria non si può dormire. Il tram non passa dalle 24 alle 4 poi sembra di averlo in stanza.Le immagini del sito non rendono l’idea dello stato della struttura. Solo la posizione è molto comoda in pieno centro storico. Sconsi

Great location, very nice room - spacious, modern facility in an old (ancient) building. I will definitely consider it for my next visit. The only issue is wifi - it just does NOT work. It was not a big deal for me, but if out depend on it, consider other hotels.

インターネットアクセス、とてもいいです。3種類くらいあって、私たち3人家族が5Gに同時に繋ぎ、高校生の息子はゲーム、夫は地図アプリとwebページとYouTubeを行き来して、私はLINEや Instagramを楽しめました ポーランドにたくさんあるコンビニのようなお店もカルフールのExpress店もアイスクリームのRodyも、織物会館のある中央広場も徒歩1〜5分圏内。それでいて内装は中世のヨーロッパ的な要素（木製インテリア、高い天井、マーブルの洗面室、玄関部分、窓辺の椅子…）たっぷり、かつ広い！　大満足です。

Appreciate the parking in the back, however initially it seemed it would free but cost $25/day/car. Parking was a bit uneven car spoiler got scratched and damaged (little but it did). Other than that, staff was very pleasant and friendly, inside of the hotel was nice, Very convenient location to discover downtown of Krakow.

Hermoso hotel, pero los colchones son pequeños, en el baño se necesita una mesada y el espacio de ducha más grande. La cortina no alcanza a tapar la luz del día.

This property was so close to everything including the places to eat, transportation, and attractions. The staff was top notch. I couldnt have asked for a nicer group of people or a more convenient hotel.

Hotel Santi is in the perfect location. It is just a few minute walk from old town square and maybe 10 min walk to Wawel castle. The roll was beautiful and the bed comfortable. We would 100% recommend staying here

Fantastic hotel, very well located just off the main square. Just far enough away not to be impacted by huge amounts of footfall. We had a suite basically, a bedroom plus a living room. Free drink on arrival was a nice touch as well. Staff courteous and held our bags before and after our checking time so we could explore luggage free.

Just the one night at the Santi and very nice. Hotel was clean. Staff were friendly and the location easy to find just off the Old Town square. A satisfactory stay.
