the hotel provided me a two bedroom apartment duo to I was the last person to check-in. It was a short stay. Room is good however without air condition, feeling cold. a heater is not enough for the room. I suggest they should have air condition in the apartment. The reception staff is kind and warm-heart. I like her :)

The place was very roomy. It had large living area with clean well apointed kitchen. It was across the street from the ocean. We could park at our door. There was a nice pool. The reception was very helpful and offered us choices of things to to and resturants to visit. We are glad we stayed there. I personally liked the harder beds as too many places have sagging matresses.

Quiet resort convenient for everything great location. We liked it so much we even stayed an extra night ! Reception / check in really friendly and knowledgable about local activities and restaurants. Hope to visit again soon

The person checking us in was very helpful. She shared where the store in town was, recommended restaurants and told us about other things to do in the area! All of her suggestions were great and we enjoyed the area!

Very spacious appartment. Great views from balcony and master bedroom. Kitchen fully equipped, we used it for breakfast. Could have been a little cleaner (duvets in need of cleaning!). Friendly and helpful staff at the reception!

Pros - nice area, nice suite Cons - only bathroom on 3rd floor. No condiments including salt or pepper for cooking We booked a one bedroom suite and when we checked in, we were given a 3 bedroom 3 level suite. You could only use one bedroom, so we chose the one on the 3rd floor. There were only bathrooms on the 1st and 3rd floors so when you came into the house, you had to go up 2 flights to use it. It was a very nice suite other than that with a beautiful view from the top floor. There was everything you needed in the kitchen, very well equipped. We were surprised they didn't even have salt and pepper.

Amazing base for Whitianga and exploring the wider coromandel. Only a couple of minute walk to the beach and marina

We stayed in a 3 bed apartment which was on 3 floors, so several steps! The weather was really hot, and an air con system on the upper sleeping area would have been useful, as the one on the middle floor didn’t cool upstairs. But a great stay, a nice outdoor pool, lovely check in staff. Apartment was really clean and modern, and the resort is a flat walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Also, it’s right next door to the Lost Springs hot pools. We would stay here again if we’re in Whitianga.
