The pillows are awful! Evening else was really good. The Cibo restaurant just behind the hotel is excellent!

Excellent hotel. Some small choices for breakfast would be a nice touch .

Lack of parking.

The hotel is on the river and has a nice view. There is no restaurant or cafe in the hotel so you must leave the hotel to get food. The hotel was fairly nice but there were not any shops nearby. There is a nice walking path as well.

Very limited parking. Had to use a lot about a block away. Also coffee machines in room are not good. If you want a morning coffee you’re told use machine or go to nearby coffee shop. That shop coffee is awful. So if you want to relax in the morning with a coffee this isn’t the place to stay. Otherwise nice location

No parking - you’re on your own to find parking. No street parking in winter. Had to pay at a lot a ways away.

Friendly staff, nice room but I would never stay there again. The lack of bathroom privacy is so weird.

Disappointed that I had to make my way back into the hotel after check out as mistakenly been given a ticket by the company that monitors parking. Staff looked after it immediately. Hotel stay was great.

Bar was not really a bar, barely any alcohol and poor selection

Chose due to location to the concert hall. Was pleasantly surprised and will book again even if not coming in for an event. Was clean, the beds were comfy. Only thing I would recommend is maybe coffee in the lobby in the mornings. (A little fearful of using the coffee makes in the room, if you know you know)

Front desk staff very welcoming and informative. Loved the rooms besides the fact there was a large window facing the beds. There was a blind but you could still see in from the sides.
