I highly recommend this hotel based on staff, location, cleanliness and its great and safe walk ability. Also Cebo restaurant next door is excellent. I require fragrance free hypoallergenic room and it was all of that. Room was roomy with a great river view with sunrises. I will stay again when in Winnipeg.

Staff was nice. No tv at all for the first day.

The location is great and the room is cozy and clean. We had an issue with our tv and they quickly gave us the option to move rooms, which we did. My only dislikes were the window between the bathroom and the room, instead of a wall. They do have a blind but you can still see through the blind, more if the light is on in the bathroom and out in the room. Fine if you’re a couple, but if friends come for a pop in before heading out, it’s uncomfortable for the to use the washroom. Also the WiFi was not good. Slow, kept stalling and you had to log in each day.

Parking only for first come first served - about 20 spots for over 60 rooms. The room is large, well equipped, and comfy beds. Transparent, clear glass for the bathroom wall but it does have a privacy blind. The AC works very well but "pops" when it comes on, and sounds like an exhaustive exhale when it goes off even though the continuous fan is on. No rest for the weary. Would be a great stay if we were adequately warned about the parking ("street parking", "don't have anything shiny showing" because the security guy leaves at 5:30am). Walking distance to the Forks area, park, and Human Rights museum.

The hotel was clean and in a good location. The bathroom has a clear glass wall with a blind, which we felt it lacked privacy. The coffee situation wasn't much for the two of us, just one pod each. Otherwise was a great stay!

Parking is tight but had no issues finding a spot. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance.

Parking was nonexistent during an April snowstorm and sidewalks like ice rinks. Upon checking I placed our valuables in the room ‘s safe which wouldn’t reopen later that evening. Maintenance was able to open it the following morning. No food or restaurant for breakfast. A joke, really.

This facilty is ideally situated close to various performing venues, a pro baseball park, and neat restaurants all within walking distance. A truly wonderful hotel with friendly staff.

Zero parking, showed up at 9:30pm 5 other people were waiting to get checked in and staff took 20mins to get off the phone with her friend. Rooms are alright, not a fan of glass walls in the bathroom, TV didn’t work Definitely not staying there again

Very limited parking We managed to get a spot in the tiny parking lot and were told upon checkout the charge would be $25 for parking This should have been disclosed on check in On both check in and check out we had to wait for the desk attendant to return to the front desk as they had stepped away

Staff were friendly and the room was clean. My door had a large gap at the bottom which made for noise transfer from the hallway very noticeable. The hotel also has the most annoying AI chatbot that keeps sending text messages until you tell it to STOP.

Parking is atrocious and make you pay for a parking feee even if the parking lot has no spots

Everything was good except the receptionist girl who checked in for us. Her attitude was not friendly at all, she shouldn’t ask us if we were staying overnight, what was the point? We didnt feel welcome to stay at the hotel. I don’t think I would come back here.

Housekeeping did not refill refreshments and when requested was provided rotten creamer. Stayed two nights and refilled shampoo and did not take away empty containers from shower. Horrible parking, very tight and limited spots for extra parking fee per night.
