Overall good stay, good breakfast and nice pool and hot tub

Breakfast wasn’t much Parking was great

Clean room, no issues for a cheap overnight stay.

The only problem was their breakfast. They were serving expired food. I was there in the month of may and the bread all of them were 15-20 days old. All expired. I asked the staff to change the bread he brought another expired from the refrigerator. Otherwise hotel stay was good.

Was very clean and quiet. Very economical. Pool and hot tub area was very clean and relaxing. Would recommend this hotel.

The Colonial Inn just shows its age. The staff were very good and the price is very reasonable. The room was clean and comfortable with everything you need. The breakfast was okay, not spectacular.

Excellent location and there is hot breakfast and a pool/hot tub!

Hotel is old but they seem to be doing some upgrades. Carpet in hall is dirty and needs replacing. Room was clean and was recently painted. Breakfast was ok but short of staff to keep items filled. All in all not a bad place to stay and the price reflected what you got.

Breakfast was fine but i like cream in my coffee and only milk was available - Room was very clean, breakfast was good - i did not use parking facilities

There was hair on the shower wall that wasn't mine when I got there. The fabric couches are full of stains. There was a cup full of coffee that was left on the floor of the hallway the first day I got there and on the third day, it was still there.

Parking was good!

Comfortable bed, but it’s an older property.

I've paid extra for the pool.However, they were doing lifeguard training and would not allow us in the pool.The woman working said she would have a manager.Call me because I paid extra.Stay at your hotel with a pool, and there was no pool options available to us. I feel like that should have been communicated to us and the manager was supposed to call me and they never did.

My go to place in Brandon. It’s a work in progress. All the staff from maintenance, reception to housekeeping were fantastic. Always are whenever I go.

A typical breakfast, waffles, boiled eggs and cereal, no cream for coffee just whitener. The pool was the best part of the stay. The rooms are outdated but if you needed somewhere to just lay your head for the evening it wasn’t too bad.
