Nice hotel but being a business trip didn’t get to use the spa there’s also a casino. The room was very nice spacious and clean

Excellent location and lovely hotel

Perfekt ophold med familien (2 voksne og 1 barn på 3 år). Renlig hotel og værelse. Lokationen er perfekt, tæt på alt. Vi boede på den dag 16 etage, hvor der var en smuk oversigt over byen og havet. Morgenmad har masser, at tilbyde til alle både store og små. Lobby baren er også god med gode cocktails. Spa og pool området er renlig og perfekt, at slappe af. Alle på hotellet er hjælpsomme og klare at hjælpe. Vi havde en sendt aften fly, så det var god at det er baggage rum efter udtjekning, hvor vores baggage blev låst, så vi kan frit gå ud og komme senere for at hente den.

Hotellet ligger mitt i smørøyet i forhold til bysentrum, gågater, buss og tog. Kort avstand til stranden. Rent og godt vedlikeholdt. God frokostbuffet med godt utvalg.

Communist hotel service at its best - poor breakfast, omelette is charged. At 10:30 they would switch off the ambient music at breakfast so you can leave faster. At 12:00 sharp a housekeeping barged in my room unannounced. Rooms have no security bolts or other means of locking them from the inside

1 gece konaklama yaptik. Otelin konumu güzel. Resepsiyonda görevli personel ilgili ve guleryuzlu. Ancak kahvaltıyı begenmedik. Varna ve Filibe de kaldığımız oteller 3 yildizli olmasina rağmen kahvalti çeşitliliği ve lezzetleri cok iyiydi. Restauranttaki personelde cok soğuktu.

Very nice class of hotel. Found the hotel staff unhelpful, both in reception and resturant. I asked for map of the area for local attractions, the staff were unwilling to provide one. I asked for assistance during breakfast, I was ignored. I was told not to drink tap water, the hotel provided no complimentary water in the room. Not what would expect for a 4star hotel.

Very comfortable hotel in the heart of Burgas a few minutes from bus station. Short walk to sea park. Great staff and fabulous breakfast.

I enjoyed my full week time there.
