Everything was good. The room was clean. The staff was friendly. The services were perfect. The location was on the big street and easy to find, near to the Taipei Main Station. I loved it!

I have been put on remarks of the iron is needed for my business trip. As promised to give to me when I back from Ximending Night Market, however they didn't and gave to other customer. Night shift customer service no smiling face. Morning shift customer services are very good and polite.

The room is very satisfying even if it is small its cleanliness makes it awesome and every thing in it makes your stay comfortable

Easy to walk from Train station (Main St. , Xemen ). Clean and good service , good breakfast.

The hotel is good, new, and clean. Location near NTU hospital station and easy to get around Taipei with MRT. From hotel, you can walk to Ximending night market.

Breakfast was good, the room is tidy and it had enough space for us four. More than what we expected!

My fiance and I stayed to this hotel for 6 days and 5 nights. Our stay was awesome! The place is close to the city's attractions (e.g. ximending night market, chiang kai shek memorial hall, national taiwan museum etc.) and was a 15 minute walk to taipei main station. In addition to this, the hotel room is super clean especially the toilet and bath. They clean the room and even change the sheets and towels everyday. The staffs were very courteous and nice. The complimentary mini bar is a plus. We will definitely stay at this hotel once we go back to Taiwan.

This hotel is in centre and close to many monuments like president post office, national place museum and taipei main station. Staff are nice. There are few dishes for breakfast but they are quite good.

Nice, friendly and polite staff... They will accommodate everything you ask them and it is great they understand and speak in English... Great location, very near and walking distance to some important landmarks such as 2/28 Peace Park, Presidential Office Building, Taipei Botanical Garden. Relatively small room since I booked a single room only but it is very neat and clean including the toilet... Breakfast: you will only have 2 choices (not good for me who prefer buffet breakfast)... Luggage storage is allowed in the lobby just request this to the friendly staff upon checking out so that you don't need to think where to leave your luggage safely while sightseeing... On a side note: I made a mistake of checking in to their other (cheaper, across the street) hotel instead of this B7 Journey Hotel and the staff were not able to correct me...since I only stayed for only 5 hours it did not bother me that much (checked in very very late at around 6am the following day and since check out time is 12pm; it literally took me almost 5 hours of stay in this hotel).

Sepuluh menit jalan kaki ke Ximending dan Taipei main station dgn arah yang berbeda. Jika membawa mobil sendiri, parkir 24 jam dlm gedung di henyang road dgn charge. Restoran jepang di sebelah hotel enak. Reception ramah dan membantu. Breakfast standard. Kamar hotel kecil tp bersih dan modern.

Good service. But the temperature of air conditioner still warm. Overall recommended

This place is very good for everything -- cleanliness, kind staff, and -- location. It's around 15-25 minutes far from Taipei Main Station and 5 minutes far from National Taiwan University Hospital Station.
