櫃檯的接待人員很熱心，我們有問題也會幫我們想辦法，房間乾淨舒適，地點蠻方便的，附近餐廳超市都有，飯店前是熱鬧的廣場，晚上會有車子經過比較大聲ㄧ點，不容易入睡的話就不建議住這區了！

Shops are close. But no parking.

Good location at centre of Kalambaka. We booked a private tour with the hotel's partner, the arrangement of the agency just seems to be not flexible enough with our expected plan. Overall, it is a comfortable stay. The room has big balcony for some washings.
