The main door was on the latch despite a note saying it should never be on the latch. The hall carpet was poor, and the general decoration was the same. My first reaction was that the room was very cold, and the windows were open. There is no carpet, which makes the room feel very odd. The TV didn't work. I phoned the "manager" as there is no staff in the building that I saw. He said the antenna in the room needs adjusting and would give a refund. The bathroom was very basic and did smell. Also, cold with an annoying automatic light. The bed was hard with only a duvet, no extra blankets. Parking was ample and free.

It was nothing special but price was right for being so close to Heathrow airport. Great for a stop over. It was clean and beds were comfortable.

Smooth check in, room was clean and location perfect for my one night stay.

The room was cosy and good size for family of 5. The host was very helpful. Bedding could have been a bit cleaner and needed good ventilation in the bathroom.

I stayed in room 4, which was small but clean. However the noise from other guests made it a bit difficult to sleep. Over it met my needs for the evening and had close access to LHR.

Not amazing but also very cheap with loads of parking. You get what you pay for and this was real value so wasnt expecting a lot. Totally fine for one nights stay for a single person or couple. Having a fridge was a nice touch.

Room is decent for a family of 5 and the price you pay. Definitely a bit more attention to detail on cleaning would help but it wasn’t bad. Sadly whoever was in the room above us was really noisy late in the evening and also very early in the morning dragging cases around and banging doors. Would happily stay again if we had an early flight to catch

For a short stay before my flight, it’s a good choice to stay in. Just 11 minutes drive away from Heathrow airport T5.The price is reasonable.

Very friendly welcoming, very comfortable had all the things you need for an overnight stay. Pleased they had a fridge and a microwave which was very handy

Room very tired,hot water stopped running from tap in the morning, very disappointed.

Place is rundown. Tiny rooms. No ac Windows broken. Tv didnt work. Bugs in room and mold in bathroom. No laundry on site as stated in their description. The only interaction with staff is through a doorbell microphone. The only thing good was it was quiet.

Good location near a bus stop. Room was basic, but clean. Owners were pleasant to correspond with and allowed us to pay extra for early check-in when we first arrived. A really nice large park across the road quickly became a favourite place for us to go!

Shower low water pressure

It was so amazing, the staff cleaner was so polite and humble. Bathroom was upstairs according to the price it shout have been attached but although, it was nicee.
