This is the first time I stay in a guest house, & I find it’s not bad like what I imagine ! I booked a private single room, and overthought the space isn’t really cramped, but it’s enough just for 1 person... it’s clean, and included bath towel & other amenities (there’s even a hairdryer, although shared)... the staffs also very nice, friendly,& helpful, they recommended some restaurant for me, because my stomach isn’t really in a good condition at that time... I recommended stay in here if you’re looking for a short stay with a low price but excellent services !

Semua staf nya ramah dan bisa bahasa inggris, bahkan ketemu dan ngobrol dengan pemilik guesthouse. + lokasinya strategis, 5 menit jalan kaki dari stasiun kitashinagawa + dekat familymart (cuma beda 1 toko) + bersih dan rapih + semua tamunya tenang, gak ada berisik + ada tempat merokok di depan hostel + mesin cuci (bayar) - kamar mandi di tiap lantai hanya satu

I love it! I coming little bit late, arround 00.30, the staff was very helpful and friendly. They help me to carry my luggage to 3rd floor. Room was clean, wifi connection really fast! And they also provide 1 bathroom only for woman. And the location is really close with kita-shinagawa station. just 2mins walking. Nearby the accommodation also have family mart.

It is located around 15 minutes walk from Shinagawa Station. Be careful when crossing the train tracks. It's a nice small guest house in a quiet neighborhood. They have good amenities and also common room. It's clean and comfy. Staff member was nice, helpful and can speak English. Family Mart is just next to the inn. There are also some shops around. Great place to stay when you are in Shinagawa.

It's really nice to stay in this place. What a lovely staff and comfortable place. But, if you live on the third floor and bring large suitcase, it's quite struggling. :p They have quite complete amenities for us who stay in the guest house and really close to the station, restaurants and konbini. We recommend this place to the rest of the traveler who needs cheap place, but close to Shinagawa station. Can't wait to be back in Japan!
