It is far from JR tokyo station,850meters so,location was not wise,from hotel to Ginza took around 10-15 minutes ,there were others hotel nearby If you have an extra $$$ budget. Pillow was flat and bed sunk. Can't sleep.AC position was up in the ceiling. It's an Eco friendly hotel, meaning after 3rd night they will clean the room, before that not.

The staffs were not friendly, I checked in with the help of the guy receptionist then suddenly his friend talked to me about the hotel’s T&C, when she’s done talking, I replied by asking something and she rudely told me to ask to the guy who helped me check in. The check in part was also a mess. We were 8 and he asked me to separate our passport into 4 couples, one couple for each room. I did separate it but he mistakenly typed and submitted it in. So, when one of us accidentally left our key card in room, we barely asked for new key card because they said the one who stay in the room has to come by herself to ask for the key card instead. It was actually his mistake by putting wrong information while I separated the passport well, they even showed me the copied passports I separated and it’s the correct one, but the receptionist ruined it. The room was okay, eventhough it’s too narrow for 2 persons. But the staffs’ profession really need more attention.

Great hotel for backpacker. Near from Ginza.

The hotel was good but quite small for two persons with a lot luggage. But, so far was good. Location was not really far from Tokyo Station.
