The hotel service and staff were very bad, this was supposed to be our 7 days honeymoon trip. The hotel staff was very unfriendly and got our booking wrong, we booked the king size bed and they got us the twin beds, we asked the staff politely just put the beds together and we can move to other room tomorrow as it was already 10:30PM. They said they can't do it as the cleaning service staff is no longer working at that hour. At our 7 days staying there, our door lock were broken for three times in a row! We needed to wait almost an hour to just get in into our room. They repaired it every time and it happened again in the next day. In our last night the door lock broken again and they couldn't repair it and asked us to move to another room at 11PM. The experience in this hotel made our honeymoon trip was not that smooth as it supposed to be.

บริการดีมากแต่ติดตรงทางเข้าออกรีสอร์ทที่งงๆ ปิดเปิดด้านเดียว พนักงานผู้ชายบริการดีมีการอัพเกรดห้องให้ ห้องดีมาก กว้าง สงบ ติดสระว่ายน้ำ คุ้มค่าดีมาก ช่วงนั้นมีงาน Kata Beach พอดี เยี่ยม ไว้จะมาอีก

ห้องพักกว้างขวาง สบายมากค่ะ สะอาดดีมาก พนักงานเป็นกันเอง บริการเยี่ยมค่ะ

ห้องกว้างสะอาดมีความเป็นส่วนตัว แต่ห้องดูเก่าไปนิด รายการทีวีไม่ค่อยมีให้ดู อาหารเช้ามีไม่เยอะ แต่อร่อยดี พนักงานยิ้มทักทาย พูดดีทุกคนเลย โดยรวมโอเคมาก

ตอนไปคนไม่เยอะ ห้องพักดีมากเลย ราคาถูกถ้าเทียบกับห้องติดสระว่ายน้ำ แต่ขอเตียงเดี่ยวไป 3 ห้อง ได้มาแค่ 2 ห้อง แต่ไม่เป็นไร ทุกอย่างโอเค แนะนำ

อาณาเขตโรงแรมกว้างมาก ห้องใหญ่ แต่มีกลิ่นอับ หากได้ห้องที่อยู่ไกล (ชายขอบของโรงแรม) มีความอะโลนเวลาเดินเข้า-ออกเล็กน้อย

โดยรวมดีหมดทุกอย่าง พนักงานต้อนรับดีมาก บรรยากาศดีมาก อาหารดีมาก ยกเว้นมีแมลงสาบบริเวณสระว่ายน้ำหลังห้อง และมีหนูมารื้อถังขยะตอนกลางคืน

พนักงานเป็นกันเอง สุภาพ อ่อนหวาน มีโอกาสจะมาพักอีก

อาหารเช้าน้อยไป ห้องสะอาด กว้าง

ห้องใหญ่มาก สะอาด อาหารเครื่องดื่มของโรงแรมดีกว่าร้านอาหารที่อยู่รอบๆเสียอีก หรู สะอาดอร่อยกว่าในราคาประหยัดกว่า อาหารเช้าเยี่ยมมาก ตกใจกับความคุ้มค่าราคาที่จองไป ดีเกิดคาดจริงๆ

พนักงานบริการดี ห้องพักสวยและสะอาด สวยจนอยากอยู่ต่อแต่ห้องเต็ม เสียดายมากๆ มีเซอร์ไพร่วันเกิดด้วย ประทับใจมากๆ

ดีมากๆ ครบครัน ห้องสะอาด กว้างขวาง หลังห้องเดินออกไปเล่นสระน้ำได้เลย

The resort is perfect for family or couples. The location is quite convenient. Rooms with private pool entry is highly recommended. My friends and I had great time relaxing and swimming in the pool. Definitely gonna book this resort again for my next vacation in Phuket.
