Very professional staff and the facilities were very nice and clean

I had no issues with this property. I was able to get checked in with no issues, the room was nice clean and comfortable. There is a cracker barrel and a nice mexican restaurant within walking distance. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone

I had the do not disturb sign on my door and they still came in my room nothing was missing it’s just the principle… other then that everything was great

We had a really nice overnight stay at the Courtyard by Marriott in Columbus, MS while taking our son to start his first year at Mississippi State University. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. Everything felt well taken care of, which made for a relaxing stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Easy check in, clean room and friendly staff

Room wasn’t done even though the “Do not disturbe sign” was not placed outside the door at all. The phone in the room didn’t work at all so we had to walk from 4th floor to the front desk if we had any questions or we needed towels, etc. Also the carpet on my floor was very dirty, need to be steam-cleaned. The staff is very friend, hotel is conveniently located and the facility has ample free parking

Me and my family came in town for family matters and the rooms here cozy, and very clean . The staff there is super amazing especially the guy with the long hair ponytail at the front desk (sorry I didn’t get his name). The gentlemen is a hard worker and also A1 customer service was very top tier. Thank you highly recommend

Did not offer free breakfast or coffee, coffee pot in room had no basket, mini fridge wasnt cold so our take out ruined.
