The room is dirty, no make up room. we were forced to pay the usage of portable WiFi even though it is written for free on the wall of the room

The hotel cleanliness is bad and "receptionist" are just non-professional people. We booked 3 rooms, 2 rooms bed sheets were ok, but the other room bed sheet can be seen that someone has used it the night before. The sheet was not straight and lots of hairs on it. Below the sofas for all the 3 rooms were a lots of dusts. We have arguments over the use of portable WiFi "aka egg" with the receptionist. Clearly stated in the room that the egg is free for use during the stay, the guy asked us to pay 50.000 WON because we used too much data and so on. (we are 9 people for 3 rooms sharing 1 egg, what do you expect?).
