Jättefint nyrenoverat rum. Trevlig personal. Stort poolområde, ren och fin badstrand.

Sauberes Zimmer (zumindest im Hauptgebäude modern ausgestattet und völlig ausreichend), Geschirr beim Essen allerdings nicht immer ganz sauber und teilweise noch nass, Auffüllen der Mini Bar nur auf Nachfrage und mehr als 2 kleine Flaschen Wasser wurden nie aufgefüllt. Hatte darum gebeten anstelle von Softdrinks und Bier. Essen war etwas eintönig und die Qualität nicht die beste, aber das liegt an einem 4 Sterne Standard.

My room had several serious problems during my stay: a broken shower, a broken toilet seat, a broken soap dispenser, and ants throughout the room. These aren’t minor issues — the shower and the pest problem affected basic use of the rooms.

Hello , We had come to a honeymoon at your hotel. 5 day. Room 438 Mr.Peretz I had inform in advance about our honeymoon and my food preference is VEGAN. From the reception in our check in I made sure that they now about my Vegan preference and they said it all set up. They sent me to the crew to speak with them and I did. I must say , all the crew all of them are extraordinary. They really tried their best to help me. But in the end I ate just lettuce , tomato and cucumber for the whole vacation! It’s was horrible. Must mention they had me eat cheese after the chef told them it was vegan. I had a terrible experience about it. We will jump forward to our last day. I have requested Mr. Opstolos to speak with the hotel manager. He arranged a meeting with Mr.allisi. After telling the hotel manager all the story , he was super rude. Literally wasting my time 25min for nothing. He heard what I had to say and in generally just told me “ he ain’t going to do nothing about it , or will compensation us in any way. I told him we paid around 1500€ for this vacation and had nothing to eat. I’m feeling Very unhappy about all Mr. Alliasi behaviour, and the most about not taking responsibility about your gust experience and wellbeing. I truly would not recommend anyone who is vegan to go to this hotel no matter what. And to feel I was the first ever seen vegan in this hotel was much worse experience. L'hôtel est très confortable, la nourriture des restaurants est variée et bonne. Les piscines sont pratiques pour les enfants et la plage est facilement accessible. Le seul petit bémol est l'absence de transats dispo au bord de la piscine a cause des "réservations' mais nous nous sommes rabattus sur ceux de la plage. Le wifi n'est pas ultra performant mais il a le mérite d'exister. Nous conseillons d'effectuer le trajet jusqu'à la ville de Rhodes par bateau, beaucoup plus sympa que le bus, pour 18 euros AR.

Pros: -Mini Kids Camp Staff was amazing! 3x a day they take your kids and ours had a blast. Best part of the resort were those staff members! Big shout-out! -Lots of beach chairs/ pool chairs, pools for kids and adults. Waterslide was fun! -Food available all day, pretty decent but not world class. -Complimentary drinks in room/ storage in room. -Nearby car rental & great prices -Convenient store on premise -Price Cons: -Watered down drinks -Other guests (without kids) were less friendly towards children (outside the control of the hotel) -It takes multiple elevators to access many rooms Conclusion: -We will absolutely stay here again, for families with children, it's hard to imagine a better spot in Rhodes.

The hotel was an excellent choice. The staff was so friendly. The newly renovated rooms were clean and comfortable. The food and drinks were very good. The pool area and the beach were pleasant and relaxing. I would definitely come again. We would have liked a sea view, but unfortunately that was not possible.

Sehr schönes Familienhotel, mit 2 Pools, einem Kleinkind Pool und Rutschen. Hervorheben möchte ich das Essen.Das war wirklich sehr gut und für jeden etwas dabei. Aber auch sehr viel regionale Küche, weswegen ich zumindest auch nach Griechenland geflogen bin. Die Nachtische auch wirklich wunderbar. Die Getränke waren eher so lala. Zuckersüß, da mir mit Sirupen gearbeitet wird. Das Bier war ok, aber wahrscheinlich gestreckt. Wein gut. Zimmer waren ok, aber wir wurden in der 2.Etage jeden Abend dermaßen von Mücken zerstochen, da wir an Schlaf kaum denken konnten. Das war wirklich nicht schön. Fliegengitter an den Fenstern würden hier helfen. Aber alles in allem war es für uns ein wunderschöner, erholsamer Urlaub, mit vielen Erlebnissen und schönen Erinnerungen.

Fint og rent hotel med nyrestaurerede værelser og masser af solvogne. Stort og varieret madudvalg i restauranten og gode sportsaktiviteter. Godt udvalg af drikkevarer og mange spændende desserter samt snacks og is til børnene. Fin placering ned til Faliraki strand og kort afstand til Rhodos by.

Cet hôtel etait vraiment excellent. La nourriture et les services etaient de hautes qualités. Les chambres etaient propres. Le personnel toujours a l'écoute meme si personne ne parle le français. L'extérieur était tres jolie et propre. Les jeux extérieurs pour les enfants etaient vraiment bien avec des animateurs au top. Juste un petit bémol sur les desserts, trop de pâtisserie, pas yaourt n'y de salade fruit frais.

Very nice hotel, our room had a wonderful sea view. The air con could have been more powerful, but otherwise everything was very good.

Am ersten Tag ein falsches Zimmer (Familienzimmer mit Meerblick) bekommen, am zweiten Tag konnten wir aber wechseln (in das von uns gebuchte Doppelzimmer mit Meerblick. Das Doppelzimmer war top-modern und echt schön, das Familienzimmer hingegen etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Essen hat uns (abgesehen vom Dessert) nicht sonderlich überzeugt. Insbesondere die vegetarischen Optionen waren sehr begrenzt und nicht gut ausgeschildert. Man merkt, dass das Hotel sehr auf Familienfreundlichkeit spezialisiert ist. Als Familie könnte ich mir vorstellen, erneut herzukommen. Als Paar eher nicht.

We enjoyed our stay, the hotel and entertainment was absolutely brilliant, the all inclusive food was really good at lunch and dinner times. The drinks were lovely. Only a few issues for example we first recieved a 'family room with partial sea view' when we booked a sea view room and wasnt informed of this when checking in, it took two days for the room to become avaliable, why i dont know because we had booked it so they clearly over booked! Eventually we got the room we had booked! The second issue we had was laundry, we sent a hoodie off for cleaning in the bag with the paper inside, we had to stop house keeping from throwing it with the rubbish, the next day recieved a note to see reception, they told us we hadnt given the paper with the laundry, which we did, the next day after that, the laundry came back with the same piece of paper we sent with it stapled to it, so we had sent it!!! And with the same stains on the jumper it was sent with so it had not even been washed! Apart from these issues we had a lovely stay and these issues would not stop us returning in the future!
