I really like the view of the hotel in which it’s directly facing the river bank, which is very clean and peaceful. Room is also very clean and comfortable to stay in Just that the staffs seem like not quite experienced in handling things. I was checking in and I’m not sure if they will help me with the luggages being brought over to my room, I needed to ask for that. Even so, the very same staff that helped me to check-in didn’t even know my room number (it just happened 5 minutes in interval so they might be very easy to check my room number) and hence they just left my luggages in the lobby. I needed to go down and let them know my room numbers then they come over Even though at the end, they apologised but I believed this can be done better

Great hotel to stay in Osaka, if you're looking for a comfortable room with a low budget. It ' s not located in popular tourist area like Dotonbori. But it has a free shuttle bus to Osaka Station that departs every 20 minutes. Super helpful and super on time. So it makes up for its location. Overall, amazing hotel, and helpful staff too:).

The hotel facilities are far better than expected. Our request for a room with a view and cigarette permit was granted without charge.

Great place to stay. has a shuttle bus to osaka castle which make everything more convenient. the staff here is helpful and informative. give much more great experience in japan. recommended place to stay there also near bus and subway station here.

It was a super nice hotel. The bathroom was awesome, just like a public bath but it's private. The public bath was on the rooftop, bet it's as nice as the rest of the hotel. Definitely a nice place to stay!
