房間很髒亂 床單沒有更換，我一躺下就聞到一股難聞的酸臭味。床單上還有血跡：）））我訂了兩晚，第一晚我不敢蓋被子，因為太臭了，只好穿長衣服，怕癢。第二晚我必須去別的地方睡覺（床單和被子都有異味）。 房間裡甚至沒有牙膏和牙刷。我以前從未遇到過這種情況！ 我住過很多這個價位的房間，但從未遇到過這麼糟糕的情況。半夜，工作人員把客人叫上來，但說話聲音很大，吵得我睡不著。 服務非常差。

lobby kacau, staffnya lg ngerokok and cant speak english AT ALL, mind you they have bar upstairs so it'll be LOUD & many suspicious people come n go (mostly their guests is indian men & chinese men with tattoo all over their body). & they have restaurants too so every time you open your door there'll be a strong smell (pork & curry mostly). kamar mandi KOTOR masih ada bekas sampah sampo sachet!!!, kloset KOTOR, bathroom lights broken, the floor & beds DIRTY n super dusty, water heaters also broken!, whats good about this place? ONLY the location. i book for 2n but only stay for one day, if i could give minus score for the room comfort, i would.

Anh chị chủ rất nhiệt tình ạ. Nhóm em đi chơi về muộn, check out rồi nhưng chị vẫn cho gửi đồ ở khách sạn đến tối.

We had a great time staying there! It was accessible to many great parts of district 1 such as the ben tahn market. You won't be hungry because there were a wide array of selection where to eat in every corner. I will definitely stay again here when I come back

A little bit hard to find the hotel but that's ok. Nice place but I got the 5th floor and no lift so I found it hard to drag my luggage up stair. Good breakfast. Thank you

Its close from airport, and near a lot of cafe and restaurant. The staff is so friendly and nice, Breakfast also delicious I will come back again someday

Trên web cho đã đưa ra option là được check in vào 6h tối hôm nay và check out vào 6h tối hôm sau. Mình cũng đã gọi đến khách sạn để confirm và bạn lễ tân đã đồng ý. Tuy nhiên chỉ mới 12h trưa hôm sau nhân viên khách sạn đã tự động dọn tất cả đồ đạc ra để dưới sảnh vì lý do check out 12h là quy định của khách sạn. Đó là chưa nói đến việc sau khi thanh toán và đến check in, bạn nhân viên báo hết phòng nên tự động upgrade lên phòng sang hơn và yêu cầu thêm 100.000vnd. Thật sự rất bức xúc vì vấn đề trên và sẽ ko bao giờ đặt phòng qua mạng nữa.

Phòng đẹp, sạch sẽ, đúng khu trung tâm có thể đi lại rất tiện lợi

The girl In the reception is so friendly! The place is amazing.

Easy to locate, great location. It was just our room was in 5th floor and need to climb all the way up with backpack. At first the door was pretty hard to lock but after that, no issue at all. The staff forgot to change the towel. The first towels in the room was a bit wet. However no issue after we called and asked for change.

the room is good! you can't say anything bad they treat us good all the way!

Place was great. District 1 near to everything breakfast is good. Receptionist is helpful.

There is this very kind lady who received me. She like goes the extra mile to explain the surrounding eateries, where to get groceries, etc. And when I checked out and it was raining, she sheltered me all the way. And ran out into the rain to try to get a taxi for me. I ask you dear reader, if this is not exceptional service, I really don't know what is.

Hotel, baik bangunan maupun fasilitas, sudah sesuai dengan yang kami harapkan. Namun, ketika check-in kami diberi kamar di hotel lain yang terletak di seberang blue river. Saat mengantar ke hotel seberangnya, petugas hotel mengatakan bahwa hotelnya sama saja, kenyataannya, nama hotel dan kamarnya jelas berbeda dengan yang kami booking. Kami komplain karena tidak sesuai dengan foto yang tercantum. Ketika didesak untuk memperlihatkan kamar yang seharusnya, baru petugas mengatakan bahwa kamar mereka habis. Hal ini sangat tidak dapat diterima mengingat kami sudah booking 2 bulan sebelumnya, bahkan tiba di hotel sebelum jam check-in untuk menitipkan ransel agar kami bisa jalan jalan terlebih dahulu. Petugas hanya bisa menjanjikan kamar akan tersedia keesokan hari. Saya lihat, praktek seperti ini sangat umum di area tersebut, karena saya lihat, petugas mengantar beberapa tamu ke hotel lain.

The location is great. The owners of the place is also helpful and speak good english. The places that they recommend are indeed good, after I tried going randomly to other places. The room is clean and simple.

The only reason why I choose this hotel is the kindness of the staffs. They are incredibly nice. The room is old and the breakfast was so so.
