體驗很棒。這家飯店非常適合有小孩的家庭或老人入住，因為它有免費接駁車前往地鐵站，所以不用走太遠。

The staff is not bad but not good either. No smile, no greetings. I do not understand why people said in their review that the staff is friendly? If you only need place to rest, it's good, room is clean, but if you wish for great hospitality from the staff. This is not the place.

The hotel are very near from the train station and exactly in front of the the datacenter we need to visit.

The room was very nice, bigger than usual in Hongkong hotels in both bedroom and restrooms at a reasonable price. But the location is quite far from the city or tourist attractions. However, the hotel has a shuttle bus service to MTR, so it's quite convenient, but around the hotel area there is still nothing interesting. In addition, many thanks to the concierge, if I'm not wrong his name is Drason (?) he's very kind and helpful for leading us to the bus stop and helping us carry the luggage. Ada shuttle ke MRT terdekat, worth it banget kamarnya bagus buat hotel HKG yang mahal-mahal.

This hotel has a good location. But the experience I had at this hotel is weird. Let 's say the good things first … the hotel is nice and clean, good service at front desk, good ambience. And the things I feel weird: 1. Book room for 2, but the breakfast is for 1.2. The toilet no air ventilation, if the toilet smells, it will smells all day. 3. The wall outlet is not international standard, if you ask for Adapter, they will ask you to buy … its expensive. That 's all, have a nice day.

(+) Friendly and helpful staff. Shuttle to Kwai Fong MTR. 10-minute walk from Tai Wo Hao MTR. Clean room (Dorsett standard)(-) no heater in the room. Even after switching off the air conditioner it is still cold 🥲. The pillows are too soft for me.

Air filter unit in the room is very dirty. Corridor can smell cigarette smoke. Luckily inside the room there is no smell of cigarette.

Staffs were helpful Kudos to Nerissa (Front Office) Tony/Johnny(Concierge) and Wei (housekeeping) they are all professional and helpful.Rooms are as expected in the pictures they are clean and well maintained. Good location. Close to a bus stop, close to the MTR station. There's a 7-11 downstairs. Also some local attractions to see nearby the hotel

dateng ke hotel ini jam 8 pagi, rencana mau taruh bagasi, ehh di tawarin early check-in sama Edwin Leo, tanpa biaya alias FREE.. terus pas check out juga masih boleh titip tas sebelum ke bandara, jadi bisa jalan-jalan dulu di hongkong tanpa bawa tas dan koper gede..
