Good location, nice room and breakfast

棒極的旅館，各方便都無可挑剔。員工樂於助人，幫我們解決了很多難題和提供資料。位置極佳，在房間也可觀賞到 Siena 的美景。

We saw online after booking that you need to request for a room with a view, but it was too late for us. Upon check-in, the front desk lady said they have room with view available but it's about 30% price increase, so we went with our original booking. The room is a little shabby, it's dark and the small window is facing another building which is only like 2 metres next to it. The room was like a hostel room, I personally think it doesn't worth the money paid. But it was clean, and the location is good, short walking distance to restaurants and piazza di campo. Therefore, make sure you book a room with city view.

Atendimento péssimo, e Wifi não funcionava, tentei varias vezes para que resolvessem, e todas as vezes a justificativa (de forma ríspida, inclusive) era de que o problema era com o meu telefone, no entanto ao conversar com outros hospedes, informaram que também estavam enfrentando esse mesmo problema. O hotel é bom, pelo preço. Não tem frigobar nos quartos. As pessoas que trabalham no café da manhã são gentis. O atendimento da recepção é péssimo, sem empatia e grosseiro, principalmente um senhor de cabelo mais comprido.

Ótima localização, quarto amplo e limpo. Café da manhã simples e gostoso.

Tout était parfait : l'accueil serviable et sympathique, la chambre simple et propre et quelle vue sur la ville avec le balcon frôlé par des vols d'hirondelles ! Excellent buffet ( si on veut être difficile les fruits n'étaient pas mûrs)

Great location but parking is far away. Drop off is 30 min max. And don’t forget the steps with luggage to get to and from room. Location is fantastic! Super clean and breakfast is quite complete.

Excellent location in Siena. Staff was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was very good, gals working the cafeteria were wonderful. Room was adequate- bed was firm, view of basilica from our room was incredible. Bathroom was small, but that seems typical for older authentic hotels. Highly recommend!

Perfect location in the city center, with one of the best views of the city (available in premium rooms only). Rooms are basic, breakfast is decent, optimal value for money. Certainly recommended! It's just inside the pedestrian area (ZTL), so you can arrange limited-time parking (30min) with the hotel to leave your luggages, just in front of Pizzeria Pomodorino. For daily parking, go to Parcheggio Stadio (26€/day), located 250m away from the hotel

Location is great. Breakfast fine but not above basic. Didn’t realize that this was a one star property. Once that is factored in, completely meets expectations, maybe even exceeds. We hit Siena at a tough time. Cold and wet. Room was not a cozy refuge. But on a budget and looking close to everything an adequate option. Not a date night choice! :)

Really great location, with beautful views. Breakfast was basic, which I expected for the price. The walls have no soundproofing and you can heard e v e r y t h i n g through them - not great. Staff were helpful. Would stay again if it wasn't for the paperthin walls.
