All rooms are cosy and tidy. We really enjoyed excellent sea-view and we walked to the beach easily. Besides, the train station just only 7mins walking distance to from the hotel. We highly recommend of it.

Extremely pleasant stay right from the greeting at reception to the handwritten note on our last day. The apartment was clean, spacious and airy with amazing views of the ocean from the lounge and balcony. By far the best place I've stayed in on the coast.

It is a great place to stay with amazing ocean view and not far from surfers Paradise. The property manager is friendly and helpful. The room size is great and pool is right in the front of beach. On the other side, the supplied air condition in the lounge cannot cover two bedrooms and you need be extremely cautious to drive a big car in the car park because of many poles. Alternatively you can consider street parking.

This place is amazing, Amber is way to helpful and great to see a friendly face to invite you to your room. nothing is to hard for the Beachfront Viscount they also helped me with all my plans we had for the weekend.A special mention to Amber as the customer service was beyond my expectations and I have stayed at some expensive accommodation in the past and you don"t get the service that The Viscount offers. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I stayed 4 nights in an absolute beach front view 2 bedroom appt. Absolutely stunning waking up to the waves that i can see from my pillow. Lovely lady manager who goes above and beyond. Highly recommend. Great value for money for beach side.

My family booked two apartments. The 2 bedroom was on level 7, had a lovely view from lounge, kitchen and master bedroom of the ocean. However, the bathroom was a little dated and there was only 1 air=conditioner to cool the whole apartment. The 3 bedroom was on level 6, which had a lovely view from the lounge. This apartment had 4 air-conditioners, with 1 in the lounge and each room. The bathrooms in this apartment where nicer and however the kitchen was a little dated and the carpet had a few marks on it. Overall these apartments are a great size, in a great location and the view in the ocean view apartments is priceless.

We had a great weekend at this hotel, the staff were very welcoming and the location was great, close to everything and direct beach access.

Top Hotel, the staff was excellent went out of there way to help us. Location great can walk to Broadbeach or Surfers and the fact the is was right on the beach was the best. Would definately go back.

Being absolutely beachfront was the best thing about the apartment, the views were amazing from the 9th floor. We stayed in 3 BR apartment which was big and well equipped with plenty of plates, glasses, cutlery and cooking equipment for self catering. It was clean with comfortable beds. Manager very helpful and friendly. We are a family group of 6 and used the spa upstairs which was relaxing and fun.

Lucky the Beachfront Viscount is in a great location with amazing views because our apartment was terrible. The decor and fittings are very old, damaged and dated. The price doesn't meet the amenities. Don't pay more than $200 per night. Beware of which apartment you book

Receptionist was very helpful in check in. Rooftop with spa overlooking the beach was amazing in the afternoon. 10 mins either way from Pacific Fair or Surfers Paradise Centre. Right on the corner so not much traffic. Overall was a peaceful experience. Will be visiting again soon.

Great 3 bedroom apartment with amazing beach views and quiet spot with no construction or traffic noise. Reception staff were friendly, delightful and helpful. Apartment 28 although not new was nicely renovated and very comfortable.Spa and massive rooftop area with BBQs on 9th floor and lovely pool on ground with direct access to beach.

Very helpful mangers,good for walking to all shops the beaches, perfect for the Blues and country festivals.
