The room we have now is good, but I just have a few concerns. The exhaust in the CR seems not functional; when you use the CR, the foul odor stays longer. The main door of the room is hard to open and close. Maybe it needs a little oil or what.

Staffs are friendly and the hotel was kept clean and tidy. 😀.

The room looks exactly the same as in the picture, the place is spacious, and the food is good. Might come back again when visiting Cebu again.

This is I think the worst 3star hotel I have ever stayed. You need to watch out for their bed or else you will lose your knee! Accident prone rooms goodness!🤬.

I just wanna give a huge shoutout to all the guards in this establishment. They are just so accommodating and so helpful. I feel welcomed by them instead of the front office and restaurant staff. One day we went to tried the breakfast buffet and was asking the staff if there is more desserts, and he just replied “no more, ge kilatan ra”. I was thinking buffet ends at 10am and it 's only 8am when we we're there so they should replenish or replace it with something else instead of saying it. Also, I was asking the housekeep. Staff for 2 empty glasses and the lady just told me they don't have anymore glasses, how could you not have a spare glasses? I mean, it 's a hotel they should have suffice. We enjoyed the massage in the Spa and the drinks at rooftop bar, cocktail was great!

Staff are very friendly, clean room and very homey. We will be back soon!

Staf kurang ramah dan saat saya membawa banyak tas tidak ada yang berniat untuk membantu sama sekali. Kamar gelap dan tidak ada jendela yang menghadap keluar. Selang air yang dekat toilet bocor dan menggenang di lantai.

I had a blast during our stay. All the staff were accommodating and even let us check us late at 1PM without additional cost. There's a mini fridge,complimentary cofee, bath tub and blow dryer plus a fast wifi connection. Recommended!

I always stay at this hotel whenever I go to Cebu City. Aside from its just a few blocks away from SM Cebu where almost all modes of transportation to different destinations are available, the rooms are neat and clean, the food is superb and the staff are very accommodating. A great experience for a very affordable price! Kudos Castle Peak Hotel.

the room shows to the booking page is different to the actual so I need to upgrade (add additional 400) to get the room that I booked. plus no breakfast included that's why I pay additional 325. The staff was not approachable.

The hotel and room is too small. Not the same in the picture :( Staffs are not quite attentive. Disappointed.

I had a pleasant stay. Bed was great, strong wifi, good cable tv channel options, clean room. Only problem is that the water leaks from shower floor to the toilet bowl floor.
