amazing experience. It's a cozy and quiet townhouse. When we stepped in the place, were captivated by the colorful decoration, well equipped furniture, cleanliness and the delicious snacks. we hope we will have a chance to stay there next time.

It was okay

The owner is very kind and friendly. When I asked how to get to the airport, he kindly gave me several directions. The room was clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. It was my first time in Canada, and I had a very comfortable and relaxing time. I would definitely stay with him again if I come to Niagara again.

Ideal location for visiting attractions. Accommodation fantastic for family with a separate annex.

I already rated this gentleman who was AWESOME!!! Beautiful clean wonderful place and now I know why they call it Cozy because it is. He had coffee, tea and so much available for me and my friend. I love this place and would go back and would recommend it. Its 10 minutes from the main strip of the falls..lundy's lane. This is a quaint Victorian home.. I'd give it a 20 plus if I could.

Simply the best

Only thing … it’s classified as a Bed and Breakfast, but after paying for the room, we were asked to pay 12.99 each for breakfast??? Should that not have already included in. bed and Breakfast rate? Nice people and nice place would stay again.

Enjoyed the cookies, fruit, oatmeal and water; convenient location away from the hustle and bustle but easy to walk to all the attractions.

If you reserve a room with a queen bed, be sure you confirm that before going. We ended up with a double bed in which I suffered my husbands sharp elbows jabbing me all night. Also, it's a bed & breakfast that doesn't include breakfast. There's an extra fee for that.

The room size was great. Kitchen close and we really appreciated the snacks. Found the shower very slippery. The bed was a little hard.

Very clean and comfortable. Less than a ten minute walk to fallsview casino. No one was there for check in or check out, but very communicative and easy process. Would definitely return and recommend.
