El piso de la habitación estaba levantado, como si se hubiera inundado, en el baño no ponen ni un vaso de plastico, el pasillo se ve sucio, la ubicación es buena, cerca a centros comerciales y al aeropuerto

We booked this property for our first visit to Barcelona because of its location and amenities—especially the easy connection to the airport and Barcelona city—and it did not disappoint. In fact, it completely exceeded our expectations! The customer service was excellent from check-in, all through our stay, and at check-out. They went above and beyond to cater to us, safely securing our luggage both before we checked in on our arrival day and after we checked out on our final day. This allowed us to immediately head out and explore Barcelona and the Viladecans neighborhood without the hassle of dragging our bags around, truly maximizing our stay. Our bedroom was spacious, perfectly clean, and the refreshing air conditioning always welcomed us back after long walks in the summer heat. The nearby amenities are fantastic. Having the Viladecans Rodalies station, Vilamarina shopping center, The Style Outlets, and the historic Old Town so close by made our stay incredibly convenient. Public transport connections were seamless—we traveled daily into Barcelona and easily made day trips to Sitges, Garraf, and even a train trip to Madrid. We would highly recommend B&B Hotel Viladecans and will definitely book here again on our next visit to explore more of the neighborhood and Barcelona!

Great place and friendly staff.

When we arrived in the room it looked really nice, however one thing that we noticed was that the room was not clean. The bed and sheets were, but I could see that it was not swept properly and there was a lot of hair and dust in the bathroom. Fortunately when we communicated this with the night staff they did everything they could to accommodate us with a different room but they were fully booked. The staff then proceeded to go above and beyond to go and clean the room to satisfaction. Even though it was late and we were exhausted this proved to be one of the best experiences as a staff did a job that they did not have to do. She cleaned the room and we were pleased because she also gave us free breakfast this made me know that I can book at this hotel again if I ever visit Barcelona.

The hotel and staff were great. Unfortunately the air con in the room was not working which made for a warm night!

Hacen la habitación cuando quieren y si va uno a ver porque no la hicieron le dicen que el personal se fue a las 2 de la tarde. Todo lo tiene que hace uno, si necesita unao algo le dicen donde tomarlo y que lo lleve uno a la habitación. El desyuno es de 6 a 10 pero a las 9 ya empiezan a levantar y limpiar. Muy decepcionante.

Clean , basic , and functional . Super nice staff . Easy parking opposite the hotel with good access for train into Barcelona. The return journey at night was awful as the Metro had no trains for over 1 hour , so taxi needed if travelling late .

Perfect hotel for one night stay if you are flying the following day within reasonable budget.

Nunca tienen soluciones para ningún asunto. Solo piden disculpas. El segundo día decidieron no limpiar la habitación y ni la basura sacaron. Una verdadera vergüenza y la respuesta fue que el personal que hace la habitación se fue a las 2 de la tarde. Muy mal! Muy decepcionada con el hotel.

Avoid. We had two rooms - one had a strong sewer smell and AC was not functioning well. The other "only" had the AC issue. Staff did not offer any solutions besides a strong chemical spray that would require us to leave the room. We ended up cramming into one room and did not sleep.

Longe do centro, mas com a estação de trem na frente do hotel (20 mim até Barcelona Sants) Vantagens: quarto e banheiro excelente; 05 min de caminhada segura para o Style Outlet, centro comercial atrás do hotel com Mercadona e lanchonetes, 15 min de táxi para o aeroporto (25 euros carro comum, 40 euros carro grande para 06 pessoas + malas)

This is the worst hotel I ever experienced. Rooms with molds/Beds had bugs on them. Staff extremely unprofessional/ careless. Could not accommodate us with other rooms after reporting rooms conditions. End up leaving this place and booked another hotel in the area in the middle of the night. What of horrible experience.

Gostei do cafe da manhã, muito farto . A proximidade da,estação de trem facilita muito a ida para outros lugares de Barcelona A cereja do bolo é que tem um excelente outlet bem em frente do hotel e um supermercado ao lado.
