舒適舒服, 有兩房一廳, 適合一定大小去旅行住

空間很棒，位置不錯，離超市、火車站近。 飯店屬於公寓式，一樓無接待櫃台，需到另一個地方領鑰匙，拿鑰匙給我們的人很友善。 不建議泡澡，因熱水有限。 住宿期間有遇到電梯故障，剛好遇到同樓層住戶，因而得救。 建議：多一些鍋具。

酒店的服务人员非常好，因我退房之后要寄存行李，寄存时间超出他们的上班时间，但服务人员还是很好的帮我处理了，真的是非常贴心！

Nice stay for Family with hotel quality. It is in the central of the city and easily accessible to those traveller spots.

Unfortunately, I was checkin in after 5pm, reception office closed. So they texted me to get key from the letter box. I followed their instruction . However, the key doesn't work, I can't get into the main door, I was super scared coz you know it's apartment not hotel, not 24 hours check in and has someon to help , so I called the staff but none answered call, but, luckily, someone texted me back, and someone living in the same building , so the neighbour used their own key so that I can get in. After I entered my room,staff texted back, and they promised I can get another spare key in my letter box. So I don't need to be worried anymore. The next day morning I found no hair dry at room, I texted the staff and they gave me a hair dry. It was happy that the staff are helpful . The apartment is big and comfortable, and everything is provided, washing machine , washing powder , dryer, Kitchen tools , everything .

Overall I have good sleeps in all the four nights there. Bed is clean enough, shower temperature is easy to adjust. A fully workable kitchen make you cooking a complicated meal for yourself possible: microwave, oven, 4 heads strove, double door fridge, with dishes, pans and tools ready.

Very well located apartment in downtown Melbourne. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Be mindful that they don’t have a reception or room service however they were very accommodating in arranging a way for me to get the key.

Air conditioning was lacking. A room air conditioner that never really cooled off the apartment. Odd smell in the entrance of the building. The location was very good.

Great location, quiet, had everything we needed for a family stay with young kids. Thanks!

It is excellently located in the heart of Melbourne's attractions, clean, quiet and comfortable.

Very convenient location. Instructions were clear and simple.

The location is outstanding. To be so central to everything and being so quiet... Could not ask for much more. Having a washing machine and dryer was a bonus

The amenities were appreciated, all in good condition. Very well received by the owner. The King Bed were comfortable, WIFI worked well. All requests regarding checkin and check out were handled professionally and to our satisfaction. Very Clean as well A short walk to the cafe lane ways of Melbourne. The location is awesome in Flinders Lane .

Amazing location, full amenities and very secure. Not reflective of the image on internet. TV had no signal.

Location was great, close to Station, Federation Square and Regent Theatre

Property is central but wasn't very baby friendly. It was ok for a couple of nights but wouldn't stay any longer than that. - No plug in kitchen for me to wash my babys bottles etc properly. - Not even a little bottle of milk was supplied to make a cup of tea or coffee. - Exhaust fans in bathrooms were all mouldy - Dishwasher smelt disgusting and had food and glass in bottom of it - Pillows on bed smelt gross - And had to get rid of our own rubbish and recycling even after paying $300 a night....

The check in process was via a local cafe which I did not enjoy. The key was provided with no instructions, though I was lucky than someone exited the building and was able to provide assistance. There was left over food in the fridge and the draws had food crumbs through out. The air con sounded like a jet air plane. The outside noise at night filtered through out the room and the room let in too much light at night. The wifi and the location was great.

The apartment we had was in the Center of Melbourne easy walking distance to cafes,restaurants,train and tram station. Good wifi. Handy to have a washing machine and dryer. The only disappointment was that it was very small not the impression you get from the photos.

Great location. Room hip and trendy. Beautiful building.
