The staff was friendly and helpful. The room is clean and tidy. But the bar opposite to the hotel was too noisy through the night which affacted my sleep.

Room was warm but they provided a fan.

La struttura è a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro. Camera non troppo piccola, con moquette, ventilatore per raffrescare l'ambiente. Abbiamo pernottato solo 2 notti, ma la camera è stata rimessa in ordine e gli asciugamani sono stati sostituiti. Il personale cordiale e garbato.

Overnight stay before the ferry home early next morning, so was unable to have breakfast. The hotel reception and rooms have been refurbished since our previous visit two years, which has made a big improvement, the corridors are still the same, but the main areas had been addressed.

La chambre était étroite et la salle d'eau/WC MINUSCULE (un vrai cagibi). Les fenêtres ont un double vitrage mais la chambre étant très chaude et petite, il était impossible de ne pas laisser l'air entrer (et donc ouvrir un peu les fenêtres). Les commerces autour font du bruit (une supérette en face de l'hôtel est ouverte toute la nuit). Nous avons mal dormi. Nous ne sommes pas satisfaits.

Petit Weekend en amoureux qui s'est très bien passé. Point positif : pas besoin de reprendre la voiture pour accéder dans le centre ville. Proche de toute commodité. L'hôtel ressemble a toute les photos. Très propre et personnel très gentils. Petit déjeuner très bon. Rien à redire.

Hyggeligt hotel, centralt beliggende. Meget imødekommende personale. Vi nød dagene og synes det var et super godt udgangspunkt for seværdigheder i Normandiet. Tillige ligger hotellet blot 10 min gang fra gammel bydel.

Propre, bien localisé. La nuit un peu bruyant aux alentours

Petit hotel tres bien situe dans le centre ville a 5 minutes a pied du theatre de Caen. Le personnel est tres accueillant. L'hotel est tres propre. Excellent rapport qualite prix.

I appreciated that the hotel offered luggage storage. This made my arrival in Caen very simple. I also liked the breakfast and the staff were helpful.

Les chambres sont confortables, le personnel n est pas à la hauteur pour un hotel de ce standing ,le responsable de cet hotel doit sélectionner son personnel à bon entendeur cordialement.

Très bon séjour, seul petit point négatif sur 2 aspects il manque un coffre personnel pour les affaires importantes dans la chambre le lit et en cuvette très difficile de dormir correctement dedans chambre 22 étage 2 sinon literie très agréable et très bien isolé pour ce qui est de l'extérieur je recommande quand même mais au vu du prix j'attends plus au niveau du matelas à revoir

The hotel offers parking in the back of the building, which is a real plus. It's walking distance to shopping district, cafes and more. It offers a great base for discovering Normandy beach history. Friendly staff, clean rooms, pleasant enough.

Réceptionniste hyper souriante et disponible. Petit déjeuner très correct avec possibilité de se faire un jus d'orange pressé c'est top 👍 Dommage que l'on ne puisse pas dormir la fenêtre ouverte du fait de l'activité nocturne en face
