Smells like Paint, cigarette smoke, and body odor. No lock only a stick. Need I say more.

Ants and roaches. I took a pic of roaches. Dogs kept perking on A/C and door so u could smell it. General run down awful

Not sure if toilet or shower was leaking. It smelled musty. Nobody came to clean the room. Not enough towels for my husband and my self

The first room we were given had cockaroches we saw immediately when we walked in. We requested a new room and the bedding was all stained and dirty. When I requested for the bedding to be changed the main in the office told me “I don’t know how to make you happy! I don’t know we can do that!” My answer was that all I wanted was a clean room nothing else. I ended up asking for a refund and leaving immediately. I will never return to this place. Horrible conditions in the rooms and the staff was not pleasant at all.

Everything was ok but there was never wifi in my four day stay

Too noisy

The manager was absolutely rude and unprofessional. Walked into a room reeking of cat urine and grease chunks in the floor. Asked for another room immediately after discovering how bad it was and was interrogated by the same supposed manager as she said she needed to come physically inspect the room. Upon doing so she proceeded to blame my fiancée and myself of creating the issue and denied giving us another room. I said we will accept a full refund or another room and she said she’d refund but to get everything out of the room first. After all that, I learned we had to contact hotels.com to get a refund. Still going through that process but hopeful they will accomadate as we had to pay for another room elsewhere.

Parking spaces are very tight

Location is not great if you want to be close to the beach. The room had an infestation of little flies that were all over the walls. The walls looked like they never get washed.

Room was clean but very small, okay if you have no children. Close to shopping. Did not like that the toilet did not have a seat cover.

This property is very unsafe. Homeless people in the parking area, people living and hanging out in the property all night, etc. I stood one night and hotel did not even want to give me a refund for the additional days I didnt spend there. I even had a stranger knock on my door accessing and asking questions which was the last straw to why I checked out the next day. Dont Stay In This Hotel!!!!!

Room are not clean properly, Employees tell you, thats not my level, someone else must clean your room, the guy at the front was nice and helpful.

The hotel dirty and beers around the place.. no towels and no daily room service.. and the pool was dirty too..
