酒店还可以6号不能要求太多，居然是中央空调不是窗机很惊喜，屋子里有味道很讨厌，周边治安不太好游民太多

It's a so bad experience.

We tried to check in early and were told that an additional fee would apply. We agreed and then were told that the room was NOT ready after all and that we would receive a phone call in an hour to let me know the status. We walked around for a bit and then sat in the car for a while. After 90 minutes then I called the hotel to check the status and was told "oh, yeah, you guys can come back". So we checked in, got the room and grabbed all the stuff from the car. Got up to the room after walking on stained tile, stained carpet and smoke smell down the hall to the only room that the maintenance man was in. He said that the room was not ready to be occupied so we went BACK down to the lobby where we stood a while until the room situation could be figured out. We were "guests of the day" and so we were to be upgraded to a bigger room but that must've been the one that was not available since once we got to the new room, it was like 15x15 max. I stewed a while and walked around the other parts of the hotel and was disgusted. I could not bring myself to stay there, so packed up, went downstairs to try and explain the situation - no one was around for quite some time so I left the keys and the parking pass on the desk and went to a Comfort Inn. I definitely would not recommend this hotel since the bad definitely outweighed the good. Good price and location, bad everything else. The budget price is not worth staying here. I will never stay motel 6 again since this left such a bad tast

This Hotel was extremely dirty and unsafe. There were homeless individuals laying just outside the front doors to this Hotel. We checked in and to find out more homeless individuals were walking around the hallways on different floors. Upon entering our room, the room was dust central. Dust had settled everywhere. Filthy bed and dirty sheets. We had one of the worst experiences ever.

Bed had some stains and EVERY surface was sticky like nobody ever wiped anything down. I was happier leaving the stay..😬

I enjoyed the way the staff was so helpful David the manager was extra helpful. I needed anything. They let me know that I could have help and they did everything they could to help me and assist me as I have a disability. I really appreciate the staff service. Thank you so much.

Good place to stay

All hall carpets need cleaning or replacing. This stay was an over all let down

The staff always greet me with smiles and warmth. They go above and beyond to meet any spe ual needs ive expressed and make my stay peaceful.

I wanna start by saying the faculty was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the same time that we checked in, we checked out the room was very dirty. I did take some pictures. There was also marijuana piece on the floor very unsafe for my dog and a really bad homeless Encounter outside of the facility. The room also had dried up dog poop on the floor. I took videos and pictures and I would like a refund.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, however there was no AC in the hotel. The air was blowing (barely), but it wasn't cold air. You could see a lot of debris in the vents and I think a filter change and cleaning of the HVAC system is in order. We switched rooms 3x hoping one would have AC, the third room was the best but far from being a comfortable temp. The location is great and located in walking distance to eateries and the harbor, albeit a bit of a rough neighborhood.

Customer service at the hotel was amazing. However there was no air conditioning for 3 days! Beds are very uncomfortable! Not near the train station. Price was good though.

The hotel was not to the standard of the photos posted. Motel 6 needs to be renovated. We had a 2 day stay over Labor Day weekend . I was not aware of the parking rules unexpected expense and experience if the parking spaces are full you have to park down the street and there is a charge we paid $20 a day but was able to get a parking spot the next stay . A lot homeless outside, smelled like be when we first arrived outside. However Lani the first desk associate was really amazing and accommodating.

Es un hotel viejo sin mantenimiento, los aires acondicionados no sirven gotean, en 3 dias no hocieron la limpieza del cuarto ni cambio de toallas, creo que es el peor hotel 6 de todo USA, no se como expedia lo puede tener como opcion.

Parking was unorganized and “overbooked “, a/c starting leaking, wasn’t clean

Requested smoke free room. Room smelled like cigarettes and had burn marks on floors and bathtub. Deak was worn out.

It was really hot in the room, AC not working

The elevator had a strange smell. The 3rd floor also had a different strange smell. There were people constantly running, screaming, and stomping on both third and forth floors. The security latch on my door was broken off like the door was kicked in or something. There was a ceiling tile hanging loose from the ceiling, the toilet seat was broken, and the floor throughout the room and bathroom. The entire experience was so overwhelming I could not stay in the room over night.

The staff told us they rent out the whole parking lot for the night so it was inconvenient to find parking. My boyfriend and I were adjusting the bed and also found a whole condom!!! We didn’t get a full refund or change or rooms. Be better/cleaner motel 6!!!

It was filthy. Bed didn’t have cushioning on one side. Leaky pvc pipe hanging from ceiling.
