AVOID. This hotel is located in a rather run-down residential area of Valencia. There are very few facilities, including restaurants within walking distance. Regrettably while I was there the entire area smelt of sewage. I walked for over an hour and it was the same everywhere. Thankfully it was Spring and not hot but it would be unbearable in Summer. There is unreliable on-street parking. The hotel has a pizza restaurant, which is fine, but not for a longer stay. The public areas are reasonably modern, but the rooms are dated, poorly equipped with tatty furniture. The rooms are in desparate need of renovation. The towels are thin and non-absorbent. How this hotel gained 4* is an absolute mystery. Maybe 20 years ago it just scraped in. I was booked in for 6 nights as I had business nearby. However, I had to move to another area of Valencia for business reasons and on my day of arrival I told the staff that I had to move in 2 days. As my booking was with Expedia they said Expedia would have to manage the refund. Expedia have been excellent. Very proactive. Have called me and hotel many times in the last 10 days but the hotel refuses to even acknowledge their calls and emails. This is so rude and unprofessional. If you want a hotel in Valencia, there in NO REASON to consider this one based on location, quality and customer service.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel a Valencia con la mia famiglia e l’esperienza è stata davvero molto positiva. La struttura si trova in una zona residenziale tranquilla, perfetta per chi cerca relax lontano dal caos del centro, ma comunque comodissima: in soli 5 minuti di treno (una fermata) si raggiunge Valencia, con corse ogni 15 minuti e un ultimo treno alle 22:45. Anche durante la notte sono disponibili collegamenti, seppur meno frequenti. L’hotel è bellissimo: le stanze sono ampie, impeccabilmente pulite e completamente insonorizzate, garantendo un riposo perfetto. Il personale si è dimostrato sempre accogliente, gentile e disponibile per ogni esigenza. La colazione è ricca e abbondante, con un’ottima varietà di scelta. Non solo lo consiglio vivamente, ma se dovessi tornare a Valencia sceglierei sicuramente di soggiornare di nuovo qui!

One member of reception quoted a ridiculous price for the rooms. Sadly not up to 5 star standard. One of the receptionist was exceptional thank you. This hotel is no where near the center of Valencia. It is in a rather unpleasant area. The information on the internet does not correspond to the actual hotel. Far too expensive, for what we paid. I was woken up by someone screaming at reception, I am not surprised. Would not recommend sadly although the coffee for breakfast Nespresso. Perfect

Spent 2 days, 4 star hotel with a friendly staff, nicely decorated and very comfortable rooms.Only 1 tram stop from Valencia. Definitely recommend the place to anyone.

Está muy bien el hotel, muy bonito, limpio y personal muy amable.

La propreté acceptable,sejour convenable, mais pas de cafetier ni frigo pour un 4 etoiles.... c'est moyen!

Séjour normal, seul problème le parking renseigné disponible pendant la réservation, alors qu'il ne l'ait pas, nous avons cherché des places de stationnement chaque nuit pendant 10 à 30 minutes.

I stayed at a hotel for more than its normal price. There was no refrigerator in the room. The hotel's location was not good. The hotel had a 2-star status. There was a 4-star hotel in the center of Valencia for the same price on the same day.
