The resort is amazing with a great restaurant and amazing staff. The main thing I didn't like is lack of AC in the room and the amount of mosquitoes that sleep with you every night, despite the provided mosquito nets.

Tôi đã có một trải nghiệm tuyệt vời ở Mango Bay, chèo thuyền kayak, lặn ngắm san hô, ngắm hoàng hôn. Nhưng đồ ăn buffet không đa dạng và vị hơi mặn.

Quá tuyệt vời. Nhiều trải nghiệm thú vị, thực sự là kỳ nghỉ dưỡng ý nghĩa. Nhất định sẽ quay lại. Cảm ơn Mango Bay về tất cả dịch vụ.

It is nice place to refresh, enjoy. You should go there once when you come to Phu Quoc. I just had 1-night stay, but I felt all was perfect, foods, atmosphere, sleeped infront of bugallow really chill.

Rigid regulations detract from the good impression of Mango Bay resort. Mango Bay resort is really a great destination in Phu Quoc for those who want to find a pristine Phu Quoc and eco-resort tourism, blending with nature, without requiring many modern amenities. This place has wooden houses, straw roofs, hidden in the middle of the primaeval forest, no TV, no air conditioning, and only an ecological cooling system at the bed. Nature is preserved almost intact, the red dirt roads leading to the rooms are reminiscent of the image of Vietnamese villages in the past. The restaurant right next to the sea is very nice, with delicious food, friendly staff, especially Mr Hai, and staff serving the beach and outdoor games of the resort. Only the restaurant staff are not friendly, they seem to be working too hard to smile, even though we always tip when we eat here. Our family had a wonderful 3 nights stay at the resort, in a 240m2 Bay view villa, a 2-storey wooden house on stilts, beautiful rustic but enough to meet the most demanding requirements in terms of aesthetics. Just lying in the house in the middle of the forest, listening to the sound of the rain and the waves of the sea, is enough to feel peaceful and happy. Although only rated three stars by the standards of Vietnam's tourism industry, but in my opinion this place deserves a five-star rating. All those good impressions, however, are somewhat dampened by the place's rigid regulations: they're required to use the right umbrella for the room you're in. When you bring umbrellas from your room to the restaurant, they have a place to store the umbrellas together at the entrance. When you return to your room, you must get the correct umbrella from your room, although they are all the same, the only difference is that the room nameplate is mounted on the umbrella. And they did not inform me of this policy at check-in. I have stayed at many 5-star resorts already, nowhere has such regulations. As long as there are enough umbrellas in the room at check-in, there are enough umbrellas left at check-out. Therefore, I took the wrong umbrella from another room, and felt uncomfortable having to exchange it again and again at the request of the resort staff. Their regulations demonstrate that they only care about the resort's interests, without regard to the comfort and interests of the guests. A rule to avoid in business. If you want to have a unique character for your resort, I offer you a way to preserve your property and still have customers paying you happily. Instead of just attaching a room tag to an umbrella, you should stick a sticker with the customer's name in that room. Surely they will be very happy, feel appreciated, they will keep it as a treasure, take it everywhere they go and when they return to their room, they will choose the right umbrella with their name on it.
