The staff were friendly, but the bed was so uncomfortable and was supposed to be a queen but it was definitely smaller.

It's a Motel 6, so our expectations weren't super high. The lady who checked us in was very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. When our first room was discovered to have a leak in the bathroom, she quickly got us into another room. She even warned us about the freeway traffic noise (which, honestly, wasn't so bad). Overall, it's a decent place to crash for a short stay when you're on a budget. Bare bones, and the beds are comfortable enough.

Reception and staff members were friendly 👍👌 Clean room. After half an hour of our check in at the motel, when My kids wanted to use the toilet, I noticed the toilet was clogged. I called the motel office, she called the supervisor and told me the maintenance guy will come right now. After half an hour again I called again and then went to the office, she told me that the maintenance guy went to the wrong room number. About one hour and half or two hours the staff member came with some thing and she tried for ten minutes and then she came out and said it’s fixed. Thank you for your help I think it is good to check the toilet once a while to avoid any problems or inconvenience.

Thankfully this motel is quieter than the previous 2 years except if you are on Hwy 5 side-East. Toilets can be problematic--I'd scrap their weird type if I managed here. Also, wish the shower heads were towards the back of the shower. Pool is down. Ice machine better than some Motel 6's CA. HVAC is automatic--call 0 for help if needed temp wise.

Arrived at the property at 5pm and my friend's room wasn't ready. In my room, half of the bed sagged down 7-10 inches. I had to move the nightstand to access plugs. The motel is adjacent to a freeway and you can hear it really clearly. I'm sure there are things I'm missing, but this was a very negative experience.

Staffing was easy to deal with over booking not you where

Floors had burn spots in them. Something on the wall by the bed idk if it was boogers or what. Loud dog in the room below. People smoking both weed and cigarettes outside there rooms that resulted in that smell coming in my room threw the ac unit. Hardly any water pressure in shower.

The people where rude, the pool was empty, and the traffic was too loud to sleep. Same thing happened in Albuquerque, but I got robbed.

The only good thing about this property was it was clean. Everything else was very poor.

The room smelled of cat urine and was masked by a deodorizer in the a/c unit to mask the smell.

For the cost and location, this place is Fine- the room was fine- the bathroom could have been better cleaned- water could have been a little hotter- location to the interstate and WWU is the only reason to stay here- Stayed at the hotel down the street before- not much better and cost $40 more for the time I was visiting this time.

The mattress is the worst mattress I’ve ever slept on, worst pillows I’ve ever used. Didn’t sleep at all

The staff at check-in was nice but aside from that I was very disappointed. The pool was closed and looked abandoned. The room was extremely dirty and had a very strong smell. The linens were stained.

They don't inspect the room the tv but no connection toilet seat not bolted and water ran
