The staffs there is untrustworthy

Its cool for a little spot to hang after a day in the city, main thing is that its cheap and close to the cities main attractions. This is a hotel meant for tourists looking for a budget option

We checked in at 4pm, an hour after the 3pm check-in time, but our room still wasn't ready. We also weren't given a choice between an upstairs or downstairs room. Plus, the $200 deposit wasn't mentioned online when we booked. And the curtains in the room don't even block out the sunlight very well.

Very good for the location, had a great time in Toronto! Might return!

The rooms were very dated and beds very old

It was close to what we needed to do & overall a great hotel to stay at

Somewhere to stay

The beds are great and same with the pillows. Place was clean the only thing I can say is they need a key scan card for the outside doors to get into the building.

It was a unique room with mirrors over the bed and a sauna with a jacuzzi in the room. Floors could have been cleaner, Ac was leaking so floor was always wet near it

Clean room

Muy buen hotel, habitación cómoda, limpia, buena atención, tiene parqueo, ubicado en avenida principal, facil acceso, quedamos contentos, regresaríamos nuevamente.

They gave me a dingy and smokey room OUTSIDE and after I told her that I wasn't comfortable with it, she gave me some story about the other rooms being two bedrooms. Anyway, after I call back and insisted that she gives me at least a smoke free room, she told me to wait 10 minutes and she'll find me something. Finally she finds me one inside that looks cleaner, however the bed linens weren't changed. Then she had the nerves to tell me that there wasn't anymore bed linens. Long story short, I took all the linens off the bed and brought them downstairs and put them on the counter while pointing out body fluid/blood on them. That's when she MAGICALLY got me clean ones, with even EXTRA to spare. I definitely wouldn't recommend that place to not even my enemy!

Good for a quick stay or just to get some good sleep.

Room was not clean — lots of dirt, dust, spiderwebs, the amenities for a suite room (hot tub and sauna) were not even usable because they were not properly cleaned or well maintained. Lack of quality shower/bath products. Tv was slanted and damaged. Cleaning lady also came by the room in the late evening and knocked and only after a few seconds tried to come into the room. We opened the door and she just looked and walked away, no apology. We had two chairs stacked by the door for safety because we were extremely paranoid.

Good place for 1 stay. Clean and helpful staff

The staff were helpful in resolving an issue I had. The building is a bit rundown but it’s clean and well taken care of. The staff are all friendly and happy to help

The room was clean. There was extra towels. The only thing I found hard was the microwave was in French and the microwave door locks so you have to unlock the door before you can open it.
