Buildings are dilapidated, surrounds are unkept, the motel signage has burnt and lies at the foot of the signage, occupants appear to be “regular”. There zero that would take me back to that broken property. Zero!!!!! I cannot believe this reliable agency would even consider having THAT building on their books.

It was a disgrace. We didn't stay there. My daughter refused to take her 3 month old in the room. We are trying to at least get some of our money back. The rooms stunk, there was duct tape holding the mirror together and mold in the bathrooms. The blankets were mismatched and smelt like they came from an Op Shop. The lady at reception was accommodating however. I would have been mortified to show anyone those rooms. w

Room was smelly , shower was mouldy, bed bugs on a bed. Happy to provide images if you want to know more

There was a triping hazard getting from the car to our room we felt very unsteady on our feet and we are old 68 + in age sorry to complain but only 1 power point for air con kettle and toaster the bed however was comfortable and clean

This property should be bulldozed. It is a joke. How anyone can present that for business is beyond me.

Very clean and comfortable but showing its age. There isn’t a daily room service but that wasn’t a problem as I was only there for 3 nights. Mine hosts very considerate and friendly. I would stay here again.

Unfortunately, I was too unwell to travel, and I was also so sick that I was unable to change my booking. The process for changing my booking is a lengthy and painful process of which I was not in the right frame of mind to do so.

COSY AND CLEAN

Rooms are very dark and very shocking excuse for interior design. Beds would walk around floor whilst sleeping. Would have been more comfortable to have slept on the floor rather than the bed. Only 1 bath towel, half roll of toilet paper, no crockery or cutlery in room. Microwave had wrong glass plate so didn't turn properly and banged around. Door latch continually jammed open so took some time to ensure door into room was actually closed and secured. Laundry facilities mentioned on website, on arrival found laundry room and was locked. Upon asking staff we were told they don't facilitate laundry facilities. With the price per night not being the cheapest but on par with multiple other motels in area, rooms were definitely do not reflect the price paid per night.

Police called to altercations in other rooms during the night. People hanging around vehicles during the night. Door to my room broken and in the morning a noticeable gap showing daylight through the door jam space.

Good basic accommodation. Aircon (heating) showing age with noise level. Room heat loss evident due to draught from poor sealing front door. Satisfactory accommodation at the price paid.

The rooms were dirty and unkempt used vapes were under the bed The TV did not work, the heater was noisy and falling apart .The towel rails were held together with tape the cupboards did not open-we slept on our coats covering the filthy pillows and linen The place was a glorified homeless shelter.Do not say here if you value your health-and if you choose to ignore this review bring insect spray to deal with the giant cockroaches that lurk along the side and back of the beds.And an added bonus is the open drain in front of your room.

Probably fair condition for the cost but the place has certainly seen better days. Good location but in need of a makeover.

The room was nice enough clean and tidy

I liked the receptionist I thought the brother's workers where nice. The bed was comfortable. The price of accommodation was excellent. I disliked that the lamp on the left side didn’t work. The toilet at the back leaked. The shower had left over hair in it. The television didn't have a remote. The first draw was broken.
